I love this little hotel, the check in staff were super friendly and nice. The Italian girl at the desk was super friendly totally welcoming and accommodating. The room was small but adequate for a single person. It was clean and i enjoyed my time there. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours, but i never had a problem with noise. The shower was great, hot and cold water whenever needed, this request for minor it might seem it not alway fulfilled in Europe. The housekeeping service came inside the room everyday to clean and tidy up whenever i wasn't there. There was not an option for them not to do so like a "do not disturb" sign, however, it didn't bother me. Location is fantastic away from the dangerous areas in Zone 9 and 10, so it is closer to Zone 2 which it's great. There are several metro stations that will take you to this hotel. Checking out was okay, the guy at the front desk was a little bit dismissive and with some sort of attitude his name is Claude. Not a fan myself. Everything else was great.
