Wonderful stylish hotel close to the opera, shopping and metro. Staff were wonderful. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was very good with many options offered.

Excellent location literally a minute to the Metro. Lovely rooms (bit noisy at the front though), with fantastic showers and great Clarins products; great breakfast; and Raoul at front desk is so friendly and welcoming!

Disappointing hotel. It’s on a very noise street and our AC was not working when we arrived during heat wave. Arrived late at 10 pm and had to search for new hotel for 4 night stay same night. Hotel should keep their facility in proper condition. We are in 2023 Paris !

Hotel de Seze was perfect for a stay in Paris. It is in a great location and the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue is during the very hot week we were there the a/c definitely struggled but that is to be understood.

Great location, nice amenities in the room. No viewport or deadbolt on the door, which may matter to some guests. Staff were friendly, though I had minimal interaction with them. Main bedding, bathroom sink, and towels were always nicely clean. Unfortunately, there were lots of areas stained and in need of a deep clean, including the walls (bedroom and bathroom), window net, Bluetooth speaker, and bed skirt. The carpet had a couple of bleach stains, too. One of the cups in the bathroom had a coffee stain in it for the entire duration of my stay. I know that hotels endure wear and tear, and I generally assume surfaces in hotels are dirtier than they look; I'm just not accustomed to observing more than one stained surface in a room. I got a good price for the room, and the room defects did not present me with major difficulty. Just disappointing.

Rooms are small, we had an executive and still was not what we expected from the website photos and description. Don’t quite understand why it is a 4 star hotel, more of a 2-3 star..

Hotel was in a good location for where we needed to get to The Olympia plus sightseeing. Clean and tidy room. Excellent shower. Only downside was the room we booked months in advance with twin beds (travelled with a friend) was not available on arrival.

First of all, AWESOME customer service! I was so pleased and happy to have chosen this hotel for my stay in Paris. Our flights delayed and we arrived to the hotel like at 01:00 AM tired and hungry. The gentleman who received us brought sandwiches and water to our room at no cost and was super attentive to all our needs! Also, they extended our check out to 01:00 pm at no cost either! The location is great, you can walk to different places and good restaurants. What a great place and very nice people! I will choose this hotel again every time!

Excellent location in district 9 of Paris. Walking distance to main attractions or a quick Uber drive. The hotel is small and very personal. The staff made us feel welcomed and were very courteous. The breakfast very fresh and delicious with something for everyone including children. Definitely a must recommend and a must return!!

A big applause to all the desk staff. They are always approachable and helpful. I left my Foreo device behind and they kept for me to collect when I returned. A big thank you to Mr Leo too. He took much of his time helping us to book train ticket to Strasbourg. A very safe and reliable hotel. The bed is comfy and the water pressure is great. Nearby Metro Madeleine. Hotel provides complimentary daily beverages with nice chocolate! Would love to return to the hotel!

This boutique hotel was very conveniently located 1 block from a metro station and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Decor was lovely, room was small but comfortable and very clean. It was also very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English as well as French. The breakfast option was overpriced in our opinion but there is a Pret a Manger right across the street and several cafes within a 5 minute walk.

Great hotel to stay but some comment on the house keeping. In room Coffee machine needs to be clean. Cups in room not wash properly (stains left on cups). Reception Mr Leo is perfect. Nice and friendly.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to many of the main streets of the cities. The rooms of the hotel are small, the bathroom is split and small too but well equipped. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and this made a difference about my overall review of the hotel. For short stays , this hotel is a good option . For longer stays I'd definitely look for more ample rooms.
