Really close to the Free Airport Shuttle Train. Room/facility was very nice and clean. My colleague asked a female staff at the VIP concierge about the alternative transportation options due to the public transportation-strike in Paris. And she said "Who knows...". Very disappointed at their staff-service, but other staffs who helped with check in/out were nice. Breakfasts were nice, but can be improved by having some vegetable options.

The front desk is always friendly at the Holiday Inn Express. I typically fly through Paris and stay one night at the hotel every two months, and the desk staff remembers me now after a handful of stays. The only complaint is if you visit the breakfast area during the busy time of the morning the restaurant staff struggles to keep things stocked, so avoid the peak hour. Rooms are always clean, sheets nice and fresh and the pizza for late night service is good. I regularly stay and have never been disapointed!

Couldn't get to hotel due to strike. Hotel refused to refund money. Holiday Inn Express' reason for no refund was due to reservation policy. I called the hotel directly within the reservation policy time limit, but I was told the manager refused to talk to me because we booked through Expedia. Expedia attempted to talk to them, but it was THE NEXT DAY, after the time limit, when Expedia was finally able to talk to someone. This was nothing but greedy and unfair. All trains in and around Paris were shut down and our flight from CDG was cancelled. Due to the strikes and airline cancellations, I'm absolutely certain this hotel sold our room, effectively making twice the money. I will NOT be using Holiday Inn, or any of their subsidiaries, ever again. Fully intend to contact my corporate travel agent and let them know to avoid Holiday Inn as well. I had better expectations of Holiday Inn, boy was I wrong.
