Arrived at the hotel with my family & realised that during the booking process I had mistakenly booked the week after. After a short check we rebooked for the correct dates and was assured that since I had rebooked for the same duration, at the same hotel in the same room that au could be able to cancel my previous booking with no issues. Low & behold the hotel decided the following week that because I had missed the cancellation time by 1 HOUR that my original booking was NOT REFUNDABLE. So I ended up paying the hotel twice for my stay & this was after I was assured at the hotel I would get my refund. I am absolutely disgusted at my treatment & see this as nothing short of theft!!!!! AVOID
