The mattress could use an upgrade and the sofa bed is worn out. It was a nice location with a supermarket nearby. But the place itself is not as comfortable as I thought.

A great little apart-hotel
I have stayed here before (April 2023) however forgot to give feedback. I will do a review for both here instead. The studio's are great, with most things that you need provided. The towels are a little on the small side though, so if you must have a bath sheet sized towel, maybe bring one yourself. The room I stayed in earlier faced onto the main road, which has buses going along it, so is noisier than the ones at the back, so if road noise bothers you, either request a room at the back or book somewhere else. It was quiet over night however and the rooms were very quiet otherwise. The outside noise is likely to be not such a problem in colder weather. There is no air conditioning, however there a fans. The check in hours are limited and this is worth knowing if you are planning to arrive late as the reception will be closed. They also charge a 100 Euro deposit, which is returned at the end of your stay. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great stay!
Great place for a budget stay in Paris. Clean and spacious rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is situated close to the train station for getting in and out of Paris and there are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants on the hotel doorstep for all of your needs. The hotel was secure and the staff were a great help.

Very convenient location in the suburbs of Paris. Walkable and a bus stops right outside! Only wish there was A/C, but this is uncommon in Europe.

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Close to both the RER and Metro, approx 10-15 minute walk. You should however give yourself around an hour for getting to/from central Paris.

Overall, amazing experience. Good price. Area is bit cheeky, won’t advise going out at night time. Reception is bit uncooperative. Requested them for an extra pillow three times from different staff due to neck pain but they denied.

It was a nice experience staying at this hotel if you want to visit Paris in a cheap way. Nice rooms and nice people working there. The only downside I would give it, is that it's a bit far from the city center but it's worth anyway

I was disappointed in the property because I was told we would have four beds. Instead we had one large bed and a pull out sofa. Bed and sofa were comfortable.My very large grandsons did not like the idea of sleeping together. No AC, but could open door to patio for fresh air.Clean unit. 20 minute walk to metro. Many restaurants nearby. Kitchen available for cooking if you choose with a small grocery around the corner. Good for a family. Not Paris, but Paris access.

So basic. No chairs in room, couldn’t get an extra pillow was asked to clean kitchen, empty garbage and having a room on the fourth floor with an elevator that was broken was pretty strenuous for the elderly.

Lady who checked us in was rude, took a deposit only from some of us and told us we could only have one key per person according to their policy. I later see another person getting two room keys... I wear almost locked out an entire night after losing my only room key and the reception being closed till 8:30am the next day.. The place is far from everything and they'll make you take your own garbage out and clean up after yourself. Will never stay here again.

Came to Paris for a gaming event with 4 other friends and upon arrival we were made to stand at reception for over 1.5hrs. The lady receptionist and the manager were extremely rude to us to the point where she put the shutter down on us whilst trying to talk to her, the manager then came and just stood there interrupting everything we said. Couldn’t get one word in to either of them. Room was okay, one of our rooms had bugs in and a huge dead cockroach on the bathroom wall. Rooms kind of had a smell to them but beds were quite comfortable. One of the male receptionists was good though, was very kind and funny. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Very bad experience.
Overall very bad experience. Toilet was pretty old and disgusting. There was a hot water geyser inside the wardrobe which was a wonder for me. I have never ever seen a hot water system inside the wardrobe. Bed mattress was old and sagging, we got severe backache. Wifi was not working from next day onward. I don't recommend this apartment to families. Also, you have to dispose the rubbish. The service was very bad. Customer service reception is close 24 hours except during check in time. If you are going with family, I don't recommend at all even though I wont recommend for single person. Its my fist time that I giving bad review to any hotel. For evidence I was uploading images but due to some technical error I couldn't upload.

Price wise for 2 nights it was good. 4 blocks to the train station. Comfortable bed, but not the cleanest place I have stayed, plus the sink in the bathroom was blocked. The area is very multicultural with pretty good places to eat.

Ivry-sur-Seine
The metro train, Ivry-sur-Seine, was about 6 blocks away, which was nice for going to Paris. The neighborhood was ok but made me a little nervous to walk around at night. We were close to a mall in case we needed anything. We arrived late but were able to call a phone number for help. Our key was waiting for us in a lock box inside the lobby.

Hotel is actually Aparthotel, the ads are all misleading. The rooms are not very clean and the bathrooms are cold and not well-cleaned. To be fare to them, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the neighbourhood did not look very safe especially at night. There is no room service. I would recommend for emergency 1-2 night stay but wouldn’t recommend for any longer and for families.

Room has two doors to corridor so it is quieter. Room size is good. People are friendly and can speak English well. Size of TV is quite puny but does not matter too much as all channels are in French. Staffed to 4PM and check in before 4PM would be charged 20e. Instruction to check in out of staffed time is not clear. First, there is no email address on Expedia page, just saying contact hotel. How? A telephone number on entrance should be called to get code to check in if it is not staffed, I was told. This is not easy for a foreigner. You could not find a phone booth now on street.

Price is right for Paris Staff are nice and spoke ok english. Room was nice for my family Location was ok as long as you know bus and metro system. Only thing we thought was odd was that there is no staff at front desk after 8 30pm.

Price is right for Paris.
Price was right for paris. Staff were great and they spoke ok english so that was great. Location was ok as long as you know your way with the buses and metro. Room was nice for my family 5.
