Staffs and facility are pretty good room are nice ;however, the bathroom was have heavy urine smell and I have mop myself on the floor.

Hotel lobby and restaurant are clean and well kept but unfortunately the rooms are in very poor condition. Carpets full of stains, dirty stains on walls, spider webs and toilet was smelly( I had to buy air freshener) We changed rooms but got a worse room! No fridge and carpet had more stains than the first room. The staff who was on duty at the time seemed frustrated that I was asking for a clean room. The rooms do not reflect the prices paid in my opinion. I traveled with small children which made the unclean rooms an issue as if it as just me I would have just got on with it. wouldn’t stay again!

The pictures look better than the actual property. The lobby is run down and leather peeling off couches. The lighting is off and the place smells like stale cigarettes. The room smelled and the bathroom was dirty. The tub could use a good scrubbing. Had to wear flip flops to shower. The towels smelled like cigarettes as well. The bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Luckily I only stayed the night as my flight left very early the next morning. We will not be staying here again.

This hotel is perfect for a one night! When are exhausted and the only thing on your mind is a shower and sleep! This will do the job. And the price is right! But if you are looking for anything else, pay the Marriott, which is on the same street, 2 min walking distance.

Even though I had already paid in full for the room, the five of us were required to wait in line for 45 minutes to check in. It took about 15 minutes for each person to secure their room keys. Why? No idea - they had one person working- not sure if training or calling other employees to step in to help when it gets busy would improve the situation. There were other employees that could have stepped in to help wandering around but they didn’t seem phased by the inconvenience caused to clients. After traveling for 16 hours that day, we were exhausted and didn’t appreciate the delay when we still needed to go elsewhere to find dinner, drop off rental car, and it was 9pm.

The hotel is exactly what you want in a budget friendly hotel and probably more. The staff is what made it. From great communication before and during our stay. Making sure one of our guest was able to get to our room even at a late hour. I truly enjoyed the stay.

Service was lacking, constant lying from the staff to purchase extra things from the vending machines. I wasn't allowed extra tea for my room. Lights in the bathroom were flickering. Table was broken and creaking and chair was not comfortable. No glassware, no mugs just paper cups and wooden sticks. Experience was by far the worst I've had in all the hotels ive been to in my life, would never come here again.
