Hotel was ok, nothing stood out. Hotel not close to anything. Limited restaurants in area. Hotel only had small bar. Room was ok, however ceiling had condensation dripping and sink drained terribly slow. If traveling back through area would definitely try another hotel.

We were 90 mins early but refused check in until 3pm. Fair enough this is the hotel policy however would not have inconvenienced them I am sure. We were given a room with a double bed only despite booking a triple room. I showed the booking to the receptionist who appeared to be uninterested however I insisted I would not accept anything else than what I booked. The receptionist contacted another staff member who asked me twice if I had touched anything in the double room! Eventually after what appeared to be a total inconvenience to the hotel we were given a triple room. 1 double and a bunk bed. Room was very small and there was a damp odour. The window would not open due to the position of the bunk bed. We were then advised that there would be no evening meals available but there was a very good Moroccan restaurant in the vicinity or we could order a take away for which we were given some flyers! I asked about transport to Disney and was told there was a shuttle bus operated by the hotel on Mondays and Wednesdays. This was in fact not the case as we found out on the Wednesday when we were informed that this was not available. The room was only part made by maids. The bunk bed was not made at all and the tea/coffee/water not replaced in full. The noise from other guests in the corridors was unacceptable and not controlled by the hotel.
