In the city centre, Apartments WS Saint-Lazare - Opera is in Paris's Paris City Center neighbourhood, an area with great shopping. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Tuileries Garden and Canal Saint-Martin, while Paris Olympia and Palais Garnier are cultural highlights. Check out an event or a game at AccorHotels Arena, and consider making time for La Machine du Moulin Rouge, a top attraction not to be missed. Our guests appreciate the property's central location.

The only positive thing about this apartment is it's location by gare saint lazare, apart from that it's been the worst place I've ever stayed. No one cleaned the room, not even once, so there was dirty bedding, floors, showers, towels etc... There were no drawers or cupboards for clothes and only 7 hangers. There was no air conditioning and you can't open the windows either so they put a cheap fan in each room which didn't help at all in the 35 degree heat. The doors leading to the apartments have been repeatedly kicked and the glass is broken. The lights go out suddenly on the steep stairs leaving you in pitch dark. There are no instructions for anything in the room and you never see anyone from the apartment agency so you are left without help. The safe in the room is battery operated and the batteries fall out INSIDE the SAFE so you can't open it. We rang repeatedly to ask someone to help open it but they refused and just kept fobbing us off... We ended up finding a video on you tube to help us crack it open. The fridge was useless and you had to keep water in overnight before it was cold. The furniture is all cheap stuff from IKEA which has seen better days and what I thought was wooden flooring is actually ripped linoleum. None of the plug sockets were compatible with the plug adapters so we couldn't charge anything all week. The toilet kept blocking and we ran out of toilet roll on day 2 as they give 2 rolls of the cheapest toilet roll imaginable and never replace it
