Las ventanas no tienen mucha seguridad y el area exterior en las proximidades debería tener más iluminación para que los huéspedes puedan moverse con confianza a los restaurantes próximos del Hostal.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rides to and from the airport are extra, but cheaper than a taxi and very prompt.

Not the place to stay if want anything other than a quiet clean space to sleep. Perhaps they attempted to make a fashion statement by using paint colors, but fell flat by using “jail house gray”.

Perfect stay near airport
Perfect stay in small hotel near airport. Very efficient shuttle service which was easy to find outside and came quickly. Super friendly reception staffed helped with ordering in and recommended local food. Would stay again.

The staff have been very friendly courteous and helpful. The proximity to the airport is a great advantage. However, there is lack of essential services such as coffee or tea supply in the room, no water boiler for the traveller to make his/her own tea or coffee, there is no room service and the bed is very small. If these services are added, it will be great

I had previously stated that it only costs around £10 or so to reachTerminal 1 @airport, but it costs up to £20/euro....My bed was a single bed, but i did order just a single room. the mattress was comfortable - metal framed bed is a little squeaky..The room is big with everything you need while you wait for your connecting flight.

Quick stay at the hotel
Suitable for a stay for late arrival and early check out. It’s very convenient and appreciated that once I booked the hotel, then I received email from the hotel on how to use the shuttle service to get to the place which is free and quick. The heating of my room didn’t work, so the staff brought me heater. Thanks so much!!

It was so noisy! We were in a room beside the parking garage door. Every time it opens it is very noisy, banging and clanging. The bed was hard as a rock! But the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Great location close to airport Phones not working when we arrived so we couldn’t get shuttle which was annoying as all we got was a message in Spanish which we didn’t understand so we left a message and waited an hour then caught a taxi Return shuttle good

Very good to spend a night near the airport.
Very comfortable, nice room and shower, restaurant available with good food. Area is not nice, but near the airport with shuttle service available and fast. Very good option for a place to spend a night that is close to airport.

Good place to wait for a plane
We stay for one night just to take the plan early in the morning. Shuttle is around 10€ and 10min from the airport!

Nice hotel, odd Neighborhood.
This hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood. I was quite prized by how nice it was inside. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and I felt like a welcome guest.

The location was inconvenient and very far from downtown Madrid (over 1 hour with public transportation and no train or bus by the hotel but had to take their shuttle bus at €8 each way...) A taxi would have cost €35 each way to get to Madrid. The Bedroom was small and it was on the ground floor with tiny twin beds. The room was clean and the bathroom nice and renovated. No coffee or tea in the room no fridge either. Everything was for sale: coffee, water, breakfast, and minivan from and to airport.

Really bad property but I suppose you get what you pay for. Terrible beds all of us got back ache, these beds make spring sound. I highly recommend NOT using the hotel

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and very quiet. We had a 12 hour overnight layover in Madrid, and it was the perfect place to shower and sleep.

This hotel was 15 minutes from the airport but quite a ways to Madrid city center. Overall the building does not seem well maintained and the surroundings are not inviting. The 2 double beds in the room had uncomfortable mattresses but padding was added for the 2nd night, which was acceptable

It was perfect for a 10 hour layover. Quiet area where I felt safe about 20 minutes from the airport. The receptionist was amazing she gave me a recommendation for dinner provided a menu to a local place even placed the order for me to help with the language barrier. Overall very happy with my stay and would stay again. The only negative note is I did have issues with the WiFi but still highly rated the hotel.
