We enjoyed the food variety available from the buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner (we always missed tea time). The onsite restaurants food was also good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We just had a great time.

The hotel is ok. There are better hotels in Mauritius. The food was OK but not great. It’s a nice setting and has a good beach. You might get board if you stay here more than a week and we couldn’t get into the restaurants that we wanted to every night.

Beautiful hotel, looks much better than the photos. It is a big property. Beach is one of the most beautiful I have seen and I travel a lot. Great customer service, great entertainment, perfect place, I would absolutely stay again. The only negative would be that if you are not all inclusive they will rip you off. Everything inside the resort is triple the price or more and unfortunately you cannot go anywhere near outside so you will have to spend a lot on basics like water at every meal. A bottle of water in a supermarket is 15 rupees and in the hotel it is 90 rupees, buffet lunch it is 840 rupees without water. Massages are from £50 up basically UK prices. It is probably best if you go for the all inclusive package. I have spent way more than expected whilst there. Very expensive, it was worth it however if you are on a tight budget keep this in mind. I can happily say it is one of the best places still.

Horrible attitude and service
This hotel has been left to ruin my the current management. They do the bare minimum and you can see the hotel is declining. The first night we arrived when I put my sleeping child into his bed the bed broke. Upon inspection I found that the leg was broken and whoever repaired it did a bad job. The next day they gave us a new bed but we found it had bed bugs in it. The first night we heard dogs barking outside our room and when I looked out of the window we found two stray dogs sleeping on the veranda. We informed management but no one came, I chased them away myself. This happened the next two days until the dogs did not return again. They used to leave a mess of mud and hair on the outdoor furniture so we couldn't use it. Once the dogs were gone we found that the veranda was full of mice. The other issue is the snorkel and glass bottom boats go out twice a day and have very few places so unless you book early and in advance you wont get a chance. In a hotel with 180+ rooms to have space for 8 people per boat When making the booking I requested to pay on check-in however the hotel still charged my card. When I asked for it to be reversed so I could pay cash at first they refused and said that I had not informed them until I showed them the email I sent telling them. They finally agreed but took over a week until the charge was reversed, I could not use my credit card the entire trip and so could not hire car. I did not even receive an apology from the hotel.

Good stay, will recommend
The hotel was in a good location. The beach is fantastic and there are a wide variety of activities to do. The nearby towns of Belle Mare and Central Flacq offered good opportunities for local shopping. The food in the hotel was good, although I am not sure I received full benefit of the All Inclusive Plus package. The problem was that the Dine Around option required pre booking at least 24 hours in advance, which I did not fully understand. In addition, some of the meals were still added cost on top of that. Breakfast was always as expected. The Saturday Creole BBQ was fully booked when we arrived on Saturday afternoon - our earlier attempts to book this prior to arrival via email was not successful. The room was very nice and comfortable. Service from the staff was excellent always. I would recommend this hotel to friends, with the explanation regarding the AIP option.

Wonderful hotel on a lovely white beach!!
Had a great time at Maritim Crystals.....many on the house sea activities - Glass bottom boat, Snorkeling, kayaking, stand up paddles, etc...2 pools including a warm water pool.....very warm staff.....Taxi service is reasonably priced....good activities for kids...lively atmosphere and music.....reasonably spacious rooms.......icing on the cake is the white sand beach and turquoise waters.....!!! Just an advise is if you are carrying Food in the rooms, the ants may have a field day ( which was of course taken care of by replants)...would definitely recommend for the price, location, beach and the hotel itself!!!

Enjoyable and Relaxing Holiday
We enjoyed the hotel which started with an upgrade to a sea view suite! The room had everything you would expect and a good size. The staff were very friendly and always asking if we happy and concerned about any possible problems.

Customer service needs improving
Arrived outside Mauritius airport around 06:30 for our hotel pickup, it appears that its a normal taxi service and also has a contract with the hotel as a hotel shuttle service that cost 2,500 RUP. I manage to haggle for 1,300 RUP. Only waited around 1hour 3omins at the hotel reception before they can offer us a room. Lucky there were comfortable seatings so my son of 3 years could sleep. Apart from getting a small Electric shock from switching on the bed lamp on the first night and the hotel housekeeping laughting about it, everything else was good. Everywhere you go, you will need to use a taxi. Lucky that you can always haggle with the taxi drivers and grab a very good deal using him for the whole day.

Pretty but dissapointing.
We were asked to move our car three times on arrival in the large, empty carpark as apparently one area was saved for taxis, another for staff and a third for a wedding. Every evening they changed their minds as to which of the empty slots was OK to stay in. Check-in was poor as we were left in the bar areas without a drink for 20 minutes not knowing what was happening. The first room we were moved to was next to a fence to a public areas with really loud music playing so we had to ask to be moved. Food was average at best and, where not included, very overpriced compared to much better restaurants across the island. Drinks were expensive (150 Rs for 1 litre of water) but it was not permitted to bring your own. The advertised wi-fi was only in the bar area. It 'worked' about 25% of the time and even then was intermittent and only 0.1Mbps (slow!). The advertised satellite TV was three local and very poor channels which were unwatchable.

Good staying
One of the best marveillous natural Park directly on the white sandy beach. Rooms are big and comfortable, even though a deeper attention in cleaning would not be so bad. Good entertainment, interesting activities proposed (even free of charge) and enough privacy to get relaxed

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre sublime
Les chambres sont propres, récentes, vastes, très bien équipées avec un très grand lit, douche et baignoire, wc séparés ainsi que dressing. L'hotel est très bien entretenu et situé dans un cadre sublime, à l'image de l'ile Maurice. Le buffet propose un vaste choix et il est possible de reserver également dans un des 3 autres restaurants de l'hotel. Par contre, bien que parlant français, le personnel de la réception peine à répondre à nos demandes et semble peu réactif, ce qui est dommage vu le standing affiché par l'hotel. Nous sommes cependant repartis enchantés de notre séjour.

Toppen hotell med allt man kan önska
Min man och jag bodde en vecka all inklusive, Vi var båda supernöjda med vår resa. Mycket vänlig personal. Fina och goda bufféer. Rummet var stort med en stor balkong med sköna möbler. Stort hotell område med en hel del aktiviteter under dagarna. Åker gärna tillbaka och skulle verkligen rekommendera det till andra. Låg en bit utanför byn. Men för vår del passade det alldeles utmärkt.

Hotel sulla spiaggia. Camere grandi e pulite, ma set di cortesia essenziali e niente prese elettriche in bagno. Colazione buona. Hotel isolato, vicino ci sono solo altri hotel con ristoranti....utile avere un'auto per gli spostamenti o taxi. La cittadina più vicina è a poco più di 2 km raggiungibile a piedi di giorno,ma nn di sera perché le strade non sono illuminate.

Un bel accueil, personnel très aimable, agréable, toujours souriant, à l'écoute et efficace. La chambre était parfaite. Petite attention, très appréciée, pour notre anniversaire de mariage, ainsi que l'anniversaire de mon mari. Les repas étaient variés et bons. Le petit déjeuner copieux. Joli cadre, 2 piscines, pied dans l'eau. on trouve même des magasins de souvenirs, et une petite boutique. Ambiance à thème le soir. Nous avons passé un super week end. Nous reviendrons. Hôtel, situé au bord d'une très belle plage, avec activités de loisirs et sportives multiples gratuites ou non. Nous avions une très belle chambre, donnant directement sur la plage, à 15m du rivage. Personnel très souriant et attentionné, toujours prêt à satisfaire nos désirs. Petit déjeuners et repas de bonne qualité, variés et savoureux. Toutefois, un problème d'eau froide dans la chambre à tardé à être résolu. Hotel parfait pour le farniente plage-piscine, un peu loin de tout pour les visites. La location de voiture est très souhaitable pour visiter l'île.

Personnel souriant, attentionné, intransigeant sur les consignes et n'ayant pas toujours une bonne connaissance de son propre lieu de travail et surtout, surtout super lent.....même si on est en vacances, on veut bien patienter mais pas trop longtemps La chambre très agréable d'ailleurs était souvent nettoyée que l'après-midi vers 17 heure, c'est bien trop tard ! Le buffet créole au restaurant Bellevue coûte 30 euros. Ce repas accompagné d'un groupe musical local ne vaut pas ce prix. La nourriture servie est égale au buffet gratuit dans la formule all inclusive et demi-pension. Quant au groupe musical, bien que ses membres soient sympathiques, autant la musique que la danse ne sont pas au niveau d'un bon amateur....Parmi les animations en soirée, nous avons eu un groupe de musique accompagné de danses mauriciennes. Quel contraste avec la soirée créole du restaurant Bellevue, musiciens et danseuses vraiment au top ! Nous n'avons pas tous la même définition de la formule All Inclusive. En fait vous pensez que tout est compris. C'est faux ! Cette formule n'inclut uniquement certaines prestations. Pour les repas et boissons, vous avez une carte sur laquelle il est indiqué ce que vous avez droit dans cette formule et ce qui n'est pas compris et que vous devez payer. Ce n'est donc pas All Inclusive ! Les espaces verts et le bord de plage sont magnifiques. On ne peut que s'y sentir bien. Attention à l'entretien des infrastructures. Terrain tennis délabré et 3 lampes sur 8

Das Resort ist sehr gepflegt. Das Essen vom Buffet war sehr gut mit täglich wechselnden Angebot und großer Auswahl. Die Restaurants konnten wir nicht ausprobieren, da uns am ersten Tag gesagt wurde man müsse nicht unbedingt einen Platz reservieren. Am folgenden Tag wollten wir in der Früh reservieren, da wurde uns aber mitgeteilt das man mindestens 24h vorher reservieren muss. Was für uns ärgerlich war, da wir nur 2 Nächte blieben. Die Junior Suite war schön. Leider war die Dusche nicht so sauber und schon in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür war die Badewanne sehr toll. Leider gab es die erste Nacht ein Problem und es tropfte von der Decke im Zimmer. Nach ca. 1h war das Problem aber behoben. Das Personal war behilflich auch wenn man teilweise die Aufmerksamkeit der Kellner und Barkeeper erst erkämpfen musste. Toll war das wir am Abreisetag noch den ganzen Tag das ganze All Inclusive Angebot nutzen konnten. Der Strand ist Wunderschön.

Terrível. All inclusive só no nome. Comida no buffet não é boa e a dos restaurante a la carte não é muito melhor. As melhorzinhas só pagando extra. Apenas 1 pedalinho funcionando e duas pranchas de SUP. Por incrível que pareça quando chegamos não tinha quarto, tiveram que nos hospedar em outro hotel. Toalhas e lençóis manchados, secador de cabelo ruim e frigobar que não gela. Em resumo péssimo all inclusive e hotel

Le séjour avait pourtant commencé sur une note positive. On a apprécié d’avoir été placés en rdc ( bébé / pousssette) L’hotel est très exposé au vent et malgré nos inscriptions bateau fond de verre , plongée... le tout toujours annulé avant le départ donc grosse déception.... Nous avons dû faire quelques km pour faire ces activités. Question repas: pas très variés surtout pour les enfants... ( pâtes toute la semaine) Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée et le mini club et la literie très confortable.

チェックイン・アウト時間がホテルズ・コムと１時間ずれていた。チェックインタイムになっても入れなくて待たされた。一日で部屋を変わると言われたが、その後何のインフォメーションもなく、結局３泊とも同じ部屋だった。その間、シャワー中に部屋のクリーニングにきたので、時間を指定して頼んでおいたが、クリーニングされていなくて激怒してスッタフを呼んで、やってもらった。最初は水も１本しかなかったが、怒ってからは２本になった。 海はきれいで、マリンスポーツを楽しむことができた。この情報もホテル情報にあるとよいと思う。空港からホテルまでのトランスファー情報もあるとよい。例えばタクシーでいくらくらいとか。

Bra hotell, fin strand mycket att göra.
Vi var där med 2 barn. Det fanns 2 pooler + strand så det fanns stora möjligheter till vattenaktiviteter. Fanns sedan en kids club som var bra. Maten var bra. Vi hade buffén men det fanns 2 restauranger till. Städningen kan bli bättre.

Bom hotel, mas com pontos de melhoria
Ficamos hospedados por três dias no Maritim. No geral é um hotel bom, com alguns pontos bem positivos e outros que precisam de atenção. Pontos positivos: as instalações são bonitas e bem conservadas, os quartos bem espaçosos e confortáveis, a praia é linda e a disponibilização de equipamentos para a prática de atividades aquáticas é muito legal. Pontos negativos: a comida deixa muito a desejar, a apresentação não é das melhores, a louça nunca tinha aparência de bem higienizada e a iluminação no restaurante principal é bem ruim. Achei um cabelo envolvido na massa de um pão, mas essa não foi uma "surpresa" exclusiva do Marítim. Alguns funcionários do restaurante cheiravam a suor e vi vários manuseando alimentos sem luvas. Ainda sobre a questão da limpeza, o nosso quarto tinha cheiro de úmido e alguns travesseiros estavam bem fedidos. Sobre os funcionários, a maioria foi muito gentil, mas como estávamos como o nosso filho de dois anos, percebemos que alguns "forçavam" a simpatia e queriam interagir de qualquer modo com a criança. Ficamos com a percepção que eles recebem alguns tipo de orientação para agradar as crianças e deixarem os pais "satisfeitos".
