Staff (Marco) was very attentive to my needs. Mako customer service was exemplary, as he readily resolved many of my needs. There were limitations on what she could do for me though, for instance the facility was presented as having a breakfast but I was told my pricing didn’t excluded it. Also, there was an on-going renovation going on in another unit that woke me up around 7:30am on two days of my six-day stay. Additionally, on May 1st, my request for new sheets were not fulfilled by the person cleaning the room. For a facility that advertises its self as short-term stay, with minimal service, the following areas m need improvement: 1. Dining Plates, 2. Silverware (cutlery), 3. Dishwashing soap, 4. Dishwashing towels, 5. A slightly larger size refrigerator (the snack bar-size refrigerator was very inconvenient. The top draw for me was cleanliness of my unit and the interior of the facility I accessed. Marco was fantastic host and provided excellent recommendations. Owner of the units should up their game and expand amenities in the room.

This apartment was amazing. It was clean, high tech with a very modern vibe. We absolutely loved it. The service was the best. The host recommended dining options. He arranged transportation to the airport. He provided a FANTASTIC breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. Very easy check in and check out. Comfy bed, very clean restroom. Room was up to date and well kept. Only downfall was you could hear people when coming in and out of their rooms as well as the cleaning crew in the mornings. Overall stay was nice and would stay again.

Excellent location! My room was beautiful and cleaned every day. The daily breakfast caffe was excellent! The owner Marco was very hospitable and made sure I was comfortable. He went above and beyond and gave me a list of great restaurants in the area and all the must see attractions. I definitely recommend Suite Palermo Apartment, and hope to go back soon! We stayed here for one fabulous week in Aug 2020; Marco was an outstanding host. He was extremely helpful, easy going and very chatty. He gave us plenty of local info and advice. Thank you for the excellent tip for the best ice cream bar ever :-) We highly recommend this area and Marco's apartments. Special thanks also goes to the lady who insured our apartment was well stocked and always super clean. Overall, this area of Palermo has great train / bus links to all beaches / sites / attractions.

A great base for a stay at Palermo.
We wanted to have 4 nights in Palermo and the Palermo Suites came up as a good proposition from the reviews. I found the property to be very clean, well equipped, secure, quiet, had a great bathroom and shower plus a good serviceable kitchen. It was partially serviced daily with the sheets and towels changed plus some breakfast items supplied. There was a fridge, coffee machine, microwave and a tv. The internet wi fi was also very good and fast. Marco our host was also very helpful and of great assistance. The was parking for cars available at a secure 24 hr car park about 100 meters away. A bus also stopped nearby for transport downtown which was about a 30 minute walk away. The flat was on the second floor, serviced by a lift and during daylight hours there was a security person at the front entrance. After hours there was a key for entry at street level.

Väldigt nöjd med allt, kändes lyxigt. Bra rum och lyxigt badrum. Rent och fräscht. Marco var otroligt hjälpsam och bemötte mig väldigt bra. Själva byggnaden och hissen är lite skum men själva hotellet är bra. Tågstation finns precis bredvid om man ska bege sig till eller från flygplatsen eller centralstationen. Även buss som tar 15 minuter till stan stannar precis utanför. Det enda jag kan anmärka på är att det inte var tydliga instruktioner på utcheckningen och att rummet kändes instängt, det är ingen utsikt och dimmiga fönster. Isoleringen är dålig, byggarbete som började innan kl. 8.00 på en lördag.

Je recommande fortement cet établissement, tout était parfait pour notre city break, Marco est très sympa et vous donnera de bonnes adresses. L’établissement est très bien situé et surtout bien desservi, la gare est à 3 min et le train vous mène directement a l’aéroport. Pour joindre le centre ville ou encore la plage de Mondello les bus sont à deux pas. En ce qui concerne la chambre très propre avec une joli deco sicilienne. Je recommande vraiment.

Suite Palermo Apartment is amazing!
The room is extremely clean, comfortable, spacious in stylish & cozy design. The pillows & bed are comfy like home! The toiletry is also out of my expectation, shampoo and body wash in different flavors for selection! The most impressive is the owner, Marco, he is so friendly and nice! He gave us all good advices on fantastic tourist attractions and restaurants. The location of this place is also convenient, for both driving or not driving there as there is a 24hr security Carpark nearby and it is easy to go to city centre by bus or on foot. All in all, it was a wonderful experience staying at this apartment and I will come again in our next visit! ———- Suite Palermo Apartment è meraviglioso! La stanza è estremamente pulita, confortevole,spaziosa e con un design cozy. I cuscini e il letto sono comodi come a casa! La linea cortesia è anche quella oltre le mie aspettative, shampoo e bagnoschiuma in diverse fragranze da scegliere! La cosa più impressionante è il proprietario, Marco, è così gentile e simpatico! Ci ha dato tutti buoni consigli su fantastiche attrazioni turistiche e ristoranti che vale la pena visitare. Anche posizione è stata comoda, sia per guidare che per non guidare, in quanto nelle vicinanze è presente un parcheggio custodito e aperto h24 ed ed facile per raggiungere il centro città a piedi o con l’autobus. Stanza ampia, pulitissima, nuova e con tutto ciò che serve per un ottimo soggiorno. Personale estremamente gentile ed accogliente. Colazione ottima anche se esclusivamente in camera.
