This apartment is absolutely fantastic the ownwrs are great, the apartment has its own private garden with beatiful decking a funiture, everything you could think of that what you need is in the apartment including dish washer and washing machine its right across the road from the pier and the beach so close to the town, we loved it that mu h we have booked again for july we cannot wait, the pool is amazing too, thank you paula and kevin for a fantastic stay

Perfect Location
Right from the start, the communication from our hosts was excellent. The property is in a fantastic location for a visit to Paignton. Secluded and yet with excellent access to everything. Furnishings and decor to a good standard. Mattress a bit soft for my normal liking, but I am sure it will suit others. Unusual sleeping set up in the bedroom. As a couple, it would have been better to have had a king-size bed, however, I imagine it's ideal for a young family. Good modern Smart TV's provided, with Netflix included. Kitchen equipment provided everything we needed. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a visit to Paignton.
