We arrived and hauled our luggage to the office to pick up the apartment keys. The office was unattended because it was late on a Sunday. We tried to find the location id to enter after clicking the sharebox link but that didn't work so we called the after hours number. A friendly helpful security man directed us to a building around the cornrer. So we hauled our luggage there found the location Id and the sharebox opened. We now had to find the apartment with the aid of a hand drawn map. To cut a long story short we again hauled our luggage around the opera area for some time before eventually finding the apartment. Everyone we spoke to from the Bjorvika team for assistance was friendly and helpful but I don't see how this could have been anything but an awkward check-in.

It was a good stay. We could have used a second key but that may have been because we did early check-in. Need a floor mat inside the front door especially during inclement weather. Need better instructions or manuals for appliances. Washer door would not open after cycle was run. Light over kitchen table was flickering, needs to be checked. We had a wonderful stay, location was excellent and convenient especially close to all transit.

A little tricky to find the office to check in. You need to head to the 'wrong' end of platform 3 to access the pedestrian bridge above. Nice cosy apartment, good kitchen facilities and bathroom, large bedroom. 4 min walk to trams and buses, a good grocery store 1 minute away and food court 4 mins walk

The property itself is ok. But the elevator work sporadic. The biggest issue was the temperature set up on the apartment.It was freezing and we could not adjust it...We got so sick that we have to call a Doctor for help. It was torture and inhumane. I communicated with the to fix the issue and was no resolve

This is a great property. It’s very conveniently located close Oslo Central station. It’s well maintained and spacious. Take into consideration that train station is nearby so you will hear some noise at all times. Otherwise it’s much better than pretty much any local hotel. Easy connection to historic places as well Oslo Airport if you use Fly To Get.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days during our time in Oslo. It is near the train station and the core downtown area. The room was reasonably large. It had a decent flat screen TV, free internet, a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave and kitchen supplies. This was an advantage because of the cost of dining out in Oslo. We did save money by doing our own cooking. The downside was that the ventilation system was noisy and we did not sleep well because of that. If you are a heavy sleeper then it may not be an issue.
