I ended up at the Marriott Courtyard property at 2:00 am I can’t walk far at all so I was obligated to stay there That’s fine since that’s where I thought my reservation was for I wonder if I paid for two rooms last night?? Oh well after arriving at the Courtyard hotel everything went smoothly and I bedded down The property and facilities are all super

I only gave a one star for cleanliness because they had four glass glasses in the room and two were filthy. Also the ice bucket had a new bag on it but inside had been used and had some weird red stuff in it. Bathroom shower glass was dirty. But all in all, it had been updated a year ago and they did a good job. I just needed a place to rest my head for one night and it was very convenient to get to the Sanford Airport.

When I arrived they did not have my reservation. Had to get a manager to find reservation by calling Expedia. There was only one overwhelmed (doing a good job) desk agent checking people in. There was a large amount of teenagers, looked like a baseball tournament, all over the hotel running up and down the halls. Super loud until midnight and the walls/doors did not block the rain well. Not my favorite stay.

The front desk not very present or quick. The elevator had something spilled on the wall and wasn’t cleaned the entire time I was there. Lived the snack bar for food area as I needed to grab a bar everyday so that was convenient.

Great stay, great people.
Stayed for just one night after a morning event. Spent the afternoon relaxing in the pool. Walked to Orange County Brewers/Tin & Taco for dinner- excellent and highly recommend. Romina waa great and checked us in a little early. She was helpful and friendly.

I didnt like the fact that there are no microwaves inside the rooms. Also first room had pet odor.. but i was quickly accommodated with a different room. Hotel very clean staff nice. I would definitely stay again.

Poor customer service
Leaking hallway from room next door. Front desk gal didn't care to end her conversation with her friend to get me checked in as I had crying infant, requested crib 8 times, no crib delivered or message communicated until 10pm. Front desk let their friend bring a dog in the hotel when generally this higher end hotel doesn't allow it.
