This hotel was clean and did not have musty smell. Cont. Breakfast was good and had variety of choices. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The front office staff was very helped and answered questions. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfy and the hot tub was relaxing. They had a nice hot breakfast bar in the morning as well.The only issue was there wasn't much parking when they got full.

It needs to remodeled every dated. Elevator is need of work too. When door opens it not level with the floor 4" to 6" drop to floor in Elevator this happen 4or5 times, one time the door was open and 12" to 18" on 4th floor

The staff is going to charge you an extra 100$ just for putting a Visa card in as a placeholder for your room. Nowhere on the website is this policy stated. I started to cry and left the hotel to compose myself when the front desk threatened to remove me from the booking entirely. This is on MY BIRTHDAY!! Then when attempting to purchase an extra night, they called me the next day after already taking my money and told me the room was unavailable. Mind you I bought the extra day IN-PERSON! I didn’t receive my refund until days later. The staff are inept at their job. Be ready for extra charges and lack of customer service. I remained respectful with the staff, but they have no respect for paying customers.

Prepaid cards as the one you wished to use on your reservation require a deposit as it was explained in detail to you upon check in. We never threaten guests we only try our best to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Our staff is fully trained and are respectful to all guests. The entire hotel was dirty, old, noisy, hard beds, hair all over everything, including our ice bucket, dirty shower/bathtub, dirty disgusting carpet. The only decent part of this experience is the front desk lady was very nice and helpful and the area isn’t too bad.

Property smelled and dirty looking. I had to wait 15 minutes before the front desk clerk showed up to check me in. Then she charged an additional $25 after I already paid online and could not get a refund otherwise I would have left.

The outside of the property was dirty cigarette butts everywhere. Advertise hot tub and did not have one. The bed was very uncomfortable in the room had multiple issues in the room. Fan didn't work light fixture didn't work. All the sinks were clogged had to pull a hair ball out of the shower and water for the water to go down, The hot tub jets didn't work in spa tub.

I will never stay at this location again. The hotel looked just as bad as it smelled. The floors, walls, and furniture were all dirty. The walls had black dust everywhere. The smell, especially in the hallway, was horrendous. Towels looked like someone did a quick fold and just threw them in the cubby areas. The staff however were very friendly upon arrival. It seems like comfort inns are just getting worse and worse. Choice hotels are really close to being on my do not book list. I suggest if you have other options, choose them first. I was in Orlando from Mississippi for cheer competition and wanted to be in a nice and clean hotel. I was wrong. The area was also not the best. Pot hole’s literally on the first half of the street to even get into the hotel, and parking was terribly limited. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Within 2 minutes of being in our room we killed 2 roaches and there were nasty stains on the carpet. We were switched to a different room that smelled extremely musty. There were stains on the walls, the glass on the pictures were dirty, and the inside of the ice bucket was filled with mold. Needless to say, housekeeping is seriously slacking. The free breakfast options were good, that’s really my only positive.

I expected a better experience. The room smelled musty, carpet felt damp and looked old and dirty. Bathroom light/air vent was very loud. The neighbors were very noisy in the hallway everyday and late nights. There were roaches. Shower rod and curtain should be replaced. The elevator is old and make noises. The complimentary breakfast was a 2 out of 5. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel. I didn’t want to touch anything in that room.

The staff was very nice. RM was spacious. Bed mattress was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring. Breakfast could have been better. Doesn’t look like the pictures from the website. No danishes or muffins. They ran out of juice and fruit. No jelly.

The property is conveniently located around restaurants and other shopping businesses.
I didn’t like the cleanliness of the hotel, in particular the room. I stayed for 3 nights, and my room was never cleaned. I asked and was told the rate I payed did not include the cleaning of rooms; nevertheless I payed over 100 USD per night, so I was shocked to hear that.
