The room gave off a weird smell when I first arrived but other than that the room was great! Service was great and the pool/hot tub area is amazing! On site restaurant and store so you don’t have to leave to eat or get a quick snack. Loved how close universal studios was to the hotel and icon park!

My room was dirty and had food and some type of jelly on the bed. There was hair in the bed and towels andbit smelled like Marijuana everywhere. The staff lies and the front desk lady was screaming at people saying that there was no more rooms. I went with my two little daughter and i cannot belive this place was like this. I left immediately and they did not want to give me a full refund even though the said they where full. Poor service horrible experience and rude people. Just disgusting!

Location is close to Universal Studios, in between the universal endless resorts. I did not know there was an extra $15 charge per night until day of check-in or I would not have chosen hotel. I did not see charge noted on Expedia.com. First stay in this hotel since price is usually higher than other hotels, will probably not stay again due to that. Overall staff was very nice.

The staff changed my reservation from the price i got it from Expedia.com to their own reservation when i got to the desk and made my reservation price went almost double the price i got my reservation from Expedia. I found that Best Western cheated me and that was so unfair!!!

The place was very clean. Staff was amazing and friendly. Layout of the building and parking was explained well. The only issue I hd was the adjacent room wanting to play loud music. But that is not the staff’s fault. I did not bring it to their attention, it was just extremely rude of the people to not consider I did not want to hear Rhianna all not long. Far from anyone ones belief, she is not the Only girl in the world.

Very nice property. Perfect location for the theme parks. Nice pool. Room service only cleans every 4 days. I didn't like that, but otherwise no complaints.

You definitely get what you pay for. Is the hotel fancy with all the bells and whistles? No. But if you're looking mainly for a place to rest and sleep then this hotel is perfect! You're in Orlando with countless things to do, you wont be in the room much anyways.

This is not a fancy hotel, but it does not promise to be a fancy hotel. It is clean and simple. Also, the rooms are double beds, not queens. Again, queen-sized beds are not promised; but some may want to rethink if they are going to be sharing beds. Pros - convenient location for our trip to Universal Studios and for general touristy things on I-Drive; clean common areas (we used the pool, basketball small court, and gym area); relatively quiet; little wait time at front desk Cons - Our big con was that we called a couple of weeks prior to the trip and requested adjoining rooms, which we were told was likely possible. When we got there, the front desk clerk said that he could see in the notes that we requested adjoining rooms but that unfortunately they did not have any left. We remarked that we had called over two weeks earlier. He checked the notes again, agreed with us that we had indeed called plenty early, muttered "why didn't she just assign the rooms then", and then told us that he was so sorry, but there was nothing he could do. I have no idea what went wrong, but we ended up in two rooms on the same floor but not next to or directly across from each other. Would we book at this hotel again? If it was just my husband and me, yes. Everything was so convenient. We didn't drive more than 15 minutes for any of the activities that we did during our multi-day stay. But if bringing the kids and counting on adjoining rooms, no; I would look somewhere else.
