"This is a lovely restored property. I requested and received a room with a balcony and patio furniture which was wonderful. But it required 2 flights of stairs to get to after taking an elevator. I am just not able to do that kind of stair work after walking all day to see the sights. I switched hotels and the front desk could not have been more understanding or accommodating. "

"This hotel and the staff exceeded every expectation. The room was exceptionally clean and the bedding very comfortable. We had a room with a view of the park across the street, and the hotel is close to the tram and many good restaurants. In spite of the convenient location, it was on a quiet side street! The best thing about the hotel, however, was the incredible staff. When our trip had a few wrinkles, through no fault of theirs, they helped us sort things out and it made for a wonderful trip. I hope we can return to this gracious hotel some day soon."
