It works. It was clean. Area nice. The heater/a.c. unit had a very loud fan. Tint tv with poor selection of channel, but hopefully you aren't going there to watch tv.

We stayed only one night, so I don't have a lot to say about. A lot of shops and restaurants are around. If you like walking, its very close to Georgetown. So you can easily take a nice-view walk by the bridge there:) Its also just 10 minutes drive to Lincoln Memorial :) We were travelling by car and needed just to sleep 1 night. So for us was important to have parking. That it included was a huge plus, cause I dont see a lot of sense to pay additional 45 $ in another hotels for one night. Overall, if you don't need a lot, this is a right choice :)

We stayed in 2 double bed in the hotel for 3 nights. We picked this because it was very conveniently located for our visit of Washington DC and price was great too. Close to a metro station and FREE parking. Hotel was little outdated but very clean and had everything we needed. The stuff at the desk could be bit friendlier (I prefer eye contact), for couple nights we had few ants in the bathroom but it happens in our house too with spring coming. The fridge was making clicking noises so we had to use a white noise (rain) from YouTube. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel if you are willing to use public transportation.

Only 2 thing I like about this hotel were a short drive to DC & free parking. The property was dated & carpet smell badly. Room keys were hard to open. Shower curtain was too short for the tub. The water got over the floor after shower.

Location is excellent, old but clean overall, rate is ok although no daily room cleaning service and not many amenities, wish there was coffee at night as well and that check-out time was at 12pm. I would definitely stay again if room rate stays affordable.

The exterior of the property appeared worn (at least no litter). The lobby could have been a bit more freshly kept. The room was clean but the carpet a bit worn. But, we got what we paid for.

Walking distance to good restaurants, room was clean and comfortable, only coffee or tea available in the morning, close to transportation to mall/basin/museums, safe neighborhood to walk, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.

No coffee maker in the room. Coffee in the lobby but wasn't ready in the early morning. Staff wasn't at desk 24/7. Lumpy beds. Cockroach in the room on our last day. Close walk to Arlington National Cemetery. 1/2 mile walk to metro. I found this hotel conveniently located just desperately needs a makeover but then it wouldn't be 'cheap' for the location. No bed bugs.

This is an older property, but the rooms and lobby are well maintained. Price point is perfect. The beds are really comfortable and location can’t be beat. Next time we visit DC this will be our first choice for our stay. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable, though there was a bit of a weird smell in the lobby. Check-in and check-out were painless, and the price really worked for me. Location-wise, it's a bit of a distance away from the Rosslyn metro stop, but not too far - I didn't find it hard to get to or from the hotel.

Old hotel right off highway. If you do not mind walking, there are plenty of restaurants within a mile. Not a bad walk to the monuments, Lincoln is about 2 miles away. Half mile or so to the Metro which takes you everywhere. No coffee maker in room, available in the lobby at 7am. That should be reconsidered, I like my 5am cup

The rooms were clean and it was a quiet environment. The front desk personnel were helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very fast. I would recommend this hotel if you have a short stay and will be spending majority of your time out and about.
