Nice roomy units we had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, heaps of room . Was very handy for us as we had a function up at matakana and also wanted to have access to shopping and cafes the rest of our stay . Very friendly helpful staff , have stayed before and will again

Room was good size, great customer service. Bed was on the small side, we thought it said it was a king bed when we booked. Secure car parking and close to all amenities and motorway.

The executive room was excellent with washing machine and dryer, full kitchen, seperate bedroom, easy check-in. The only places close by are THE ALBANY PUB, an Indian Restaurant, and a convenience store. The Albany mall isn't really nice walking for 20 minutes in the cold windy rain. So I Ubered after that. Overall 8/10 because the isolated position off the main road near construction sites and a Library and University is a little weird

Pros- Communication was awesome. The rating on the website was true to the actual product. Clean bd welcoming. Bed was comfy. Room was well presented and clean. Cons- options for movie channel would be great.

Wonderful stay, rooms small but everything you need is there in tip top shape. Staff friendly and helpful even when you arrive in the middle of the night. Handy location.

Staff were really good but the room was one of the worst I have ever experienced due to the appalling layout. 1 brm apartment with tiny space around the end of the (small) bed, and a TV hanging on the wall at the end made it even worse. Also, no space at all in the room for luggage. TV in the ‘lounge’ had streaming options like Netflix, but the TV in the bedroom didn’t. No shelf space at all in the spacious bathroom for toiletries. ‘Lounge’ furniture uncomfortable.

Excellent studio accommodation in Albany
Excellent accomodation in Albany. Well equipped studio apartment that is conveniently located, quiet and immaculately presented. Staff very helpful and friendly. We are repeat customers and will definitely stay again.

Overpriced
When booking for three people you assume that all are included however I was charged additional for the third bed. Also think parking in Albany should not be charged for. Overall a lot more cost than u think and overpriced.
