First they couldn’t find our room type. Then room was dirty! Not just old and ugly, but legit dirty. Messy rug, dirty bathroom floor and toilet, mold on tiles. Even found a used needle in the bathroom!! Totally unacceptable. When told management, they were completely unfazed and not concerned. Didn’t even offer to remove it. Had to request removal of needle. Their idea of ‘compensation’ for unsanitary conditions was to move sleeping kids in middle of night to another room. Continental breakfast was complete joke! Allotted a single choice of muffin or bagel and kid not allowed to pick own flavor of muffin. Supposed to be 2 complimentary drinks as well at check in, but didn’t even ask cause service was so pathetic, not worth wasting time / effort with lack luster staff.
