The hotel is going through a major remodel that has no restaurant, limited grab and go food. No room service. Really disappointing that we weren’t notified before reservations. The pictures on Expedia were not accurate.

The entrance was too vague and there aren't many options to eat or drink when in the hotel, building elevator was in repair so it was a bit inconvenient. But the staff and the room were great.

This is our second time here and it will not be our last time. We love the location closed to Times Square but not in time square. All staff were great. In particular Mr. Bobur (I hope I spelled it right). He makes great drinks and very attentive even when he was by himself and busy. One night my wife left her Jacket at the Bar. Mr. Bobur saw and gave it to the front desk along with our room number. Next morning I went to the front desk they returned it to us. Yes!!! I highly recommend this Hotel. No issues with the room. Bed was comfortable. We asked for a high room and we got floor 38; excellent views!!! As I said we will return!!!

The location around time square is pretty unbeatable if you’ve got places to be and people to see, but it’s also somewhat gritty. I also struggled with my interactions with the management regarding my discussion of the apparent presence of mold in the HVAC/heating and cooling system, which led to pretty unpleasant allergy symptoms. It was nice to be near broadway though, since that was the main reason for our trip.

Horrible staff customer service - the property nickel and dimes their guests they provide a $35 food beverage credit though the property gets it back 20 fold by charging fees for everything and mandatory up charge tips for everything - the rooms are nice but the staff and fees problems - go somewhere else.

Good Points Hotel is in ideal position for visiting all attractions. Our room was on high floor (extra cost) which had good views across the city and the Empire State Building. Bed was large and comfortable. Room clean. Bad Points On top of the booking rate, the hotel charges a compulsory 35 dollars a day as a credit against food or drink. You get charged this fee whether you use it or not ! If it’s compulsory it should be shown in the base rate per night, as it gives the wrong price on comparison with other hotels. We had already pre-booked breakfast, so if you are considering this, don’t bother ! Food and drink prices are extortionately high. On day of departure, the luggage room charges 5 dollars (per case !) to keep your luggage safe until you depart, why ? If you look on previous reviews, you will see the hotel management acknowledge this, but as nothing has changed, their responses are obviously meaningless.
