Best hotel I’ve been to yet. The staff was amazing & always available. Free complementary upgrade to a city view as well as delicious cookies. The room was small but clean with an amazing shower. Close to restaurants & pharmacy.

Staffs were rude and inattentive during check-in. Bedsheets/pillow and comforter were dirty with stains. Kept calling front desk for new sets of bedding, which took them an hour to bring up to my room. Bathrooms were dirty. Construction is also happening in the lobby.
