While the hotel's trendy aesthetic was appealing, the functionality of the room left much to be desired. The sink in our room was clogged and wouldn't drain properly. The room itself was incredibly small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, we found it challenging to regulate the temperature in the room, which made it uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Such a great stay and staff were incredible! Foxtail (within the hotel) was such a gem for late night drinks and vibes. Very convenient location for walking and catching ubers! We will be back!

Perfect for young solo travelers. I felt very safe in the area. The staff were friendly and I was honestly impressed with both the upstairs bar and Linden’s restaurant. The only downside is that you will have to walk a little further to get a lot of the restaurants and area but it’s not a bad stroll at all. It’s Also close to the subways which is convenient.

Was a nice stay, the bathroom isn’t very private in the room and you have to crawl over the person in the bed if you are sleeping on the far side of the bed which is a pain.With that being said the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay great.

The best part of our stay was the restaurant on site - Lindens! They had a variety of breakfast options that provided the right fuel and a great start to our day. I am glad I got breakfast included in our room price. The constructive feedback is just about the ensuite washrooms that are enclosed in glass. It is not too bad, but it takes a few moments to get over it! Overall, a great location! Walking distance to great shopping and fine dining.

Property is very nice. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are snug, but that is normal for NY. The restaurant was excellent. We ate dinner and brunch there for convenience and both were very good. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

i thought the hotel was thoughtfully designed, especially the rooms...great use of space and aesthetically pleasing. the bath was perfect for a single traveler; loved the shower. the staff could not have been more accommodating, warm and helpful. i will stay again and recommend it highly.

Good hotel in a very good and convenient area but the rooms are really small. I’d say it’s a little overpriced like many hotels in NYC, unfortunately. I was a little disappointed as the rooftop was closed.

I expected better of the property— the room wasn’t particularly clean there had been a foil cover for a tube in the sink upon arrival which made me question if the room had been cleaned and the wall tiles a bit dusty, the entire 7th floor smelled like a musty gym that had air freshener sprayed over it as did the guest room. I was extremely reluctant to even want to lay in the bed. It was doable for a single night but not an extended stay. Rooms are very small, I’m not used to having the sink free standing in the room and just a glass encasement to the toilet and stand up shower stall. The valet to retrieve my car took an incomprehensible amount of time despite calling ahead. Same for check in—I had pulled my car up to the valet cones on arrival but no one was to be found. I had to leave my car hazards on and go into check in to inquire about the valet. While waiting for my car in the lobby, there was another guest that came walking through to get coffee…barefoot. Nobody who worked there seemed to be bothered by someone traversing the floors, elevator bank, and the food area without shoes. *shrugs in disbelief*
