Your restaurant put an obligatory 20 percent tip on our bill. I usually tip that amount but I don’t like being told to. I think the fact that it’s there reflects in the service which was not good

For the 2 nights I stayed in this hotel, I was able to sleep only for 3-4 hours per night because of the loud noise from the street all through the night. Our room was on the 7th floor facing the 46th street. It was just impossible to have a good sleep. People on the street shout at 2 am, show off their super cars with full-throttle acceleration at 3am, ambulance, construction noise around 5am, etc.. Hotel windows are not as thick as they should be to minimize the noise from the street. Also, during our stay, both fitness center and restaurant were closed due to renovation. Although the hotel allowed guests to use a 3rd-party gym nearby, it was closed on Sunday. The room was clean and spacious. But for that price, it was not worth it simply because we checked out very tired due to lack of sleep.

Rooms are spacious for NY, with great showers but a little musky smell. Bed very comfortable. It’s under renovation on main level so the Muse Bar was closed, but there are lots of nearby options for drinks or coffee. Great location and friendly service, would stay again!

We had such a beautiful stay- the room was fresh, clean and very large from other places we looked at. The bathroom was clean, the shower was spa like. The products to use smelt great and were all plant based with no fillers. We requested additional pillows and they were delivered within minutes from our request!
