Would never stay at this property ever again . The don’t be fooled with the front lobby area it’s all bright and nice but as soon as you go towards the rooms , the corridor reeks with the smell of smoke . The dinning is dark and smelling with dirt all over the hotel . I booked a suite with 2 rooms . Both of the rooms had hair on the bed , the washrooms were dirty and zero to no water ! The bath tub was broken and the hot water took forever ! The sheets looked like they were never washed , beds were uncomfortable and loud noises could be heard throughout the night . I specifically asked for a taxi for the airport for the next morning but in the morning when I went down for checkout they said I have to wait for another 2 hours for my taxi because there was none available at the moment ! What’s the point of asking in prior when nothing was arranged ! I had to arrange something by myself ! Breakfast area was disorganized and dirty was all over the area plates weren’t clean ! Food tasted like it was sitting there for days ! THE ONLY REASON I BOOKED THIS PLACE WAS BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSER TK AIRPORT ! NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY I PAID .

Check in was very slow, no one greet you when you arrive. Booked the most expensive room hoping it will be better but didnt met our expectations. Towels were dirty and wetty feeling. Bed was big but needs some work on bedding, even pillows were not matched. Shower wasn't working and guy has to come fix it. Once it started working water was leaking all over on the washrom floor. Not very enjoyable. Reception area looks like construction site, very limited area to stand around. Breakfast buffet was decent. Overall experience wasn't very pleasant, would not recommend this place unless some improvements are made.
