Don’t expect 5 star hotel amenities. Staff and services are excellent. I’ve stayed here at least 40 times and have no complaints. Great value for this location by the river in Bangkok. If you’re wanting a luxury hotel experience you’ll have to pay at least triple what IBIS charges. "
