Stayed for 1 night. Its near Jaiprakash nagar Nagpur Metro Stop, that goes till airport. So connectivity was good. Had buffet dinner a breakfast. was excellent. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff polite and friendly.

The person who cleaned our room was very thorough. He checked in with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated the bottled water everyday since I could not drink the tap water

Beds seem to be old and dated
First of the Property looks very nice. Some of the employees were nice but it seemed like most of them were just there to work and not very greeting with their attitude. Seemed like you were in their way of working by being there. Just felt unwelcomed like the experience with a Marriot Property or a Taj Property. Which I have spent much a time at. The room was clean so that was good. The bad part was trying to sleep on the bed, it felt like it was run down and old. They really need to change their beds.

Must mention, I was and may be still a big fan of this particular Radisson @ Nagpur, possibly the best across the brand in India but this time they really disappointed me and making me rethink to visit again? 1. After check in, someone (another guest) using his keys entered our room, said sorry and closed the door. When I called housekeeping was told that I should report to front desk as this has happened before as well. Front desk duty manager took it little lightly, just to rid of me by saying sorry and move on. Don't know weather I should called the cops but I did give them a chance to fix it. 2. While opening the drawer in bathroom with hair dryer, the whole heavy thing fell down missing the feet by 2-3 inches. That was a shock of our lives 3. The trim of the bath door fell and rolling down the hall was funny. 4. Minor - Had to ask for second toothbrush and other amenities - don't know why they reduced the number to just one. It's losing its hospitality and warmth it used to have. Having a great crowd does not justify lack of individual attention in this beautiful world of hospitality. I still have hopes for this property and really another competition comes to the area to break the monopoly and really make them earn their worth. my 2c

Radisson Nagpur has set a standard for other Radisson's, I guess, that is really hard to beat and primarily because of the people they hired and trained. Leadership Team like Pankaj and Prateek are the exclusive examples of that pinnacle followed by people like Irafan in cafe and Nadeem in housekeeping who take extra joy in making sure that your all demands are met with passion. There lot more people who take pride in their jobs above and beyond their call of duty. Thanks guys, hope to see you soon.

This hotel is pathetic! Worst service I have ever experienced. Just to get a bottle opener and empty wine glasses in room, they made a big fuss and refused to provide without ordering their tray.

An Unplesant Stay
Given Covid the hotel staff was a little negligent about guests and patrons wearing masks. There were a few guests when we checked in were walking in the lobby / reception area without masks. When we informed the front desk, though they saw them they did not take any action. Self parking is a headache at the property. The staff says park by your self but hand over the car keys ? When this is a self park, then why ask for the keys ? Plus it’s a pain getting thru the security to tell them that your a guest and need access to the basement parking area. The restaurant at the ground floor has very poor service. If there are limited guests, they serve better but if the dining room is full.. please expect to wait and keep reminding the staff for your order. A simple omelette took more than 25minutes to be served. A cup of tea takes the staff more than 20 mins to serve. In room dining experience needs to be improved. Off late the staff seems to be asking guests to pay the bills on the spot is opposed to settling it upon checkout. I had to make multiple phone calls to the front desk telling them that I am a return guest and they should allow a room credit. But it was tough to combine them.

The AC in one of the rooms alloted to me was not functioning properly and inspite of my complain there is nothing done for that
