The property is centrally located, close to most of the places. Food in the restaurant is very good. When we were checking in, first thing the reception staff told us that we don't recognize Expedia bookings..We were shocked to hear this. Finally, after the long discussion, when we saw the room we have to ask them to change the bedsheets. In the bathroom water was overflowing while taking the shower. The drainage was clogged up.

1. Ganga kashi has had a bad experience with othere bookings they have got from Expedia(thats where apparently our booking also went from) before even checking in they told us that they have only 1 room left due to some short curcuit and that room is dingy and mossy, they claim that expedia has never paid the hotel even if they have collected the amount before, they do not have a log in id and pwd and hence cant block expedia and hotels.com, thus the whole attitude of the front desk before we could even get to the hotel was pathetic
