Fantastic hotel, the service is exceptional with customer care focus! The room was spacious and comfortable. Marina from housekeeping is an absolute asset to the hotel looking after us and going the extra mile for our five year old daughter! We would definitely stay again ! Thank you !

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and just so welcomed with the culture and environment. The members of staff were fantastic. We had our luggage which was delayed by 3 days and the hotel did everything possible to ensure we had all amenities and needs met. The ensured we had decide for a birthday celebration and the hotel was so clean and spotless. The breakfast included was the best breakfast we had encountered whilst travelling in India. We cannot thank the staff enough. Jagat and Jason were superb at breakfast. Upendra and Meghna were fantastic at front of house. The cleaning staff were amazing too! The staff outside were brilliant too and helped us with travels anywhere we needed. The views from the hotel were amazing and I would definitely recommend them for anyone and families. Thanks Oberoi staff!

The staff and service is truly what makes this hotel a wonderful place to stay. The hotel itself is very comfortable, super clean and the atmosphere puts you at ease and is so uplifting. I loved my stay and this hotel is my top choice!

The ambience of the hotel is very fitting for a 5 star hotel. I recommend anyone who wants to be pampered and have a pleasant stay in Mumbai to book at the Oberoi.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and restaurant. West-facing pool particularly nice for all-day sun. Breakfast very good. 30 mins walk to Gate of India. However, small single-use plastic bottles for water at the pool was disappointing.

5* to Oberoi Mumbai!
Can't fault Oberoi throughout our stay. The attention to detail is exceptional. We left a folded book in the bedroom and returned to find it being replaced with a bookmark. My 2 year old son was given a few cuddly toy and a mini bedroom slipper to fit his tiny feet. Service throughout our stay have been an amazing experience.

I was personally welcomed at the Oberoi by Ms. Meghna Duggal and her staff member, Mr. Salonyi Shupao, during my arrival. They both offered their assistance during my stay. My room was upgraded, a kind gesture by Ms. Duggal. This made my stay much more pleasant and enjoyable. Being welcomed in the room with fresh fruit and fresh flowers added to the comfort and warm hospitality. The experience of staying at the Oberoi has been one of the best during my years of travel. The fine fine dining at Jiya was impressive, especially the service by Elisa. I highly commend Ms. Duggal for her professionalism and consistency in making sure I received the best service possible.
