Really good service, Tejas and Shubham at the restaurant were really nice to me! The front staff was super sweet too. The room might need to be updated with latest features but the nespresso machine in the room was heaven!!!! The only thing that upset me was the fact that they charged me 450 for a can of Diet Coke, that costs 40, Daum daum. However, the service compensates for it, I really liked the podi masala at the restaurant and the chef packed some for me. The restaurant manager knew me by name and made sure to make small talk with me. Housekeeping was real nice too, even gave me fresh flowers and fruits. Thankyou to the staff to make my stay memorable.

We traveled to Mumbai for a wedding and stayed at a couple different places. The JW Juhu Marriott was absolutely our favorite. It feels like a quiet escape from the constant chatter of car horns from the city outside. We really loved how quiet the property was even in a big city like Mumbai. The staff always went over and beyond to help with anything needed when inquired. I’m really impressed by how well the hotel was run and would absolutely come back. The massages were excellent- after having them around the world- probably my favorite massage be honest. The pool/lounge area outside was pristine- and SO wonderfully relaxing. 10/10!

Loved the small details
It was my first stay in Mumbai and a friend recommended me the hotel. Yes i am very happy i did, it exceeds my expectations! Overall everything was good but the small details that they pay attention to, makes the difference. At the pool, the face mist (very good quality) was so good. The cold refreshing towels, and the fruit sticks,, these details made the pool experience better than any where else and to remember! Also having a Salt Pool was extra bonus! Healthy and no need to go to public beach. The room details: in mini bar choices were smart, dark chocolate is not common to find but it was there! Bed was comfortable. I liked the decoration and the picture on the wall (very relaxing & spiritual). The amenities in the bathroom were good and i have to say they use very good quality of toilet roll (thats a plus) Room service was very tasty! Breakfast was super good, though i had the lounge access but I loved to repeat the main breakfast area experience. Very very large options! And the quality is super. Even the tea, icecream were exceptional. This buffet had good quality. My poached egg was perfect as if i was ordering it a la cart. And in addition to the food, the live music was so nice to have in the morning.. I wish i had more time to try spa & gym. hopefully next time..

Very nice property, huge, pool is really nice, and the gym was great. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. No complaints. They even have AC running for the dogs at the front gate.

Very noisy no sleep no rest
It’s an older hotel I’ve been staying here for over 20 years. My main issue is you feel like you’re sleeping in a room with no door, you can hear everything, and the housekeeping staff are extremely loud and doors slamming at all hours of the night. The hotel should invest in a more solid soundproof doors so the guests won’t have to deal with all the loud noises.

We stayed here for a weekend of relaxation. The pool area was lovely. The spa treatments were very nice. The hotel does need a little upgrading like replacement of carpet in hallways. But all in a all an excellent hotel with excellent staff.

We loved everything about this property. The breakfast is exceptional. The people who work here are so lovely. The room we had, sea view suite was so comfortable and had a stunning view!

A good stay
Overall a fantastic stay, friendly staff. The only thing I found a bit absurd for such a massive 5 star hotel is the fact they kept bottles of toiletries attached to the way which budget hotels do.

Great Breakfast but unpleasant Front desk staff!
Shout out to the housekeeping staff Sanjay and Rahul, who were very thoughtful and caring. The staff at the front desk needs to be more pleasant. It is disappointing that they don’t even have a courtesy to smile rather look one up and down and maybe judge them before deciding upon how one gets treated.
