Staff at this hotel are fantastic the food is very good but the first floor pool area was dirty they need to clean the area and pool everyday as other hotels.the club lounge is good but the rooms don’t have that fresh feel after being cleaned which you get at other 5star hotels.

What an AMAZING hotel! We had a great stay and the staff were excellent. I don’t think we have stayed in a better hotel than this and we’ve travelled all over the world! Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

The Grand in Hyatt was lost, such a shame what has happened to this property. It just feels old inside. The hotel is infested with mosquitoes, contrary to what they say the issue has been ongoing for several months. I feel bad for the staff as they are trying their best but the place is just not up to the mark. It feels old, and you can see it just isn’t clean. The rooms were not well kept. It also has a musky smell. Please avoid at all cost until they make changes here.

Truly 5-star experience
The Grand Hyatt is was stunning, professional and would go above and beyond for us. The breakfast was stunning and had a wide range of choice - our waiter the first two days was fabulous for encouraging us to try new things and explain each of the dishes. Disappointingly, our 3rd and 4th days we were completely ignored at the breakfast, not even giving us cutlery or a glass to drink from, never mind taking orders for made-to-order items. That small blip aside, the staff couldn't have been better, giving us advice for clothes shopping, helping with a lost property 'crisis' and even letting us sit in the exec lounge after our flight was delayed - Agnel was incredibly kind and professional, and we can only say thank you! The room was big, clean and always supplied with fresh drinking water. The pool was beautiful (although outdoors - you have to be willing to take on the smog - and not very deep. Fine for a paddle!). The architecture and artwork is absolutely stunning, and the lobby is just a lovely place to sit and escape the chaos of Mumbai. The Grand Hyatt was a perfect counterpoint to help us relax from the noise, smells and hoards of people from our days out!

I have there before but this time checking in took a long time, bags to room took 3 phone calls and 20 minutes to arrive. Good part was Service delivered by Abhijeet and Ganga dyring breakfast as attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond was was very much appreciated

If I want to be picky...
Certainly a top of the range hotel. No doubts. If I wanted to be picky I would raise a doubt about the breakfast buffet. The western section was kind of forgettable in terms of quality and choice. But the indian section was so much more remarkable on the other hands. So when in Rome do as the Romans do. Go get the Dhosa and forget the rest

We had an excellent stay here for 2 days. It’s conveniently located close to the airport. The staff and service was very good at the front desk and in the on-site restaurants. The property is nicely maintained and clean. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was excellent.

!!! Terrible hospitality
This was my third stay at Hyatt residences however, I had a terrible experience. We were 6 friends staying in a 3 bhk apartment. We had a kid too with us. One Sunday evening, we were told at around 8:30 PM that were were making too much noise and disturbing the neighbours few rooms away. On trying to explain the manager that it was normal conversation we were having and how could someone expect us to stop talking at 8:30 PM, he was very rude and arrogant. There were 8 people who barged in to check how many people we were. He also confiscated our poker chips and a speaker which was fine the first night but on the second night it was against hotel policy. At checkout we wanted to have a word with the manager and express our grievances however, we were told everyone is busy and we could leave a review online. The hotel walls are not sound proof and normal conversation travels through walls. Would not visit again after this experience.

Wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt! Excellent staff that really make you feel at home. Special shoutout to Bhavesh and Anuja who really provided exceptional care for us. My only recommendation would be to allow outside food deliveries (even till the lobby) incase anyone has special dietary preferences :)

Great great great! Staff is too good especially Bhavesh, Anuja, and many others! They will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable Haven’t had a better hotel stay really! Breakfast is a must - the amount of options that have are brilliant :)
