Special mention to the General Manager Raul, leading by example, showed how superior hospitality & customer service can elevate the overall holiday accommodation experience. We had a lot of luggage as this was the last night of our journey, before returning home after a long road trip & his thoughtfulness, foresight & hands on help enabled us to decompress with ease & enjoy our stay. We will definitely return for a longer visit next time to partake in what the in-house Spa, Pool & Restaurant has to offer. Local Village was within walking distance & was very convenient, as well the Best Ocean Access was a brief walk from the Hotel & just stunning!"

Hotel also for dining and sports bar with children’s playground so family friendly. Shopping centre close and A short drive to Kingscliff shopping and dining area. Whale watching near by on beaches and lookouts. Great place…. Enjoy"

"Great accomodation but there was no liquid detergent for washing up dishes and no broom. I did ask staff for some detergent but there was none available. It makes it a little difficult to clean fry pans and wipe down counters. But other wise a wonderful short holiday!"
