This place was really strange. When we arrived, the only person on duty was a sort of caretaker, a chain smoker who spoke little English and seemed to have no record of our reservation. After a call to the manager or owner off site, he agreed to honor the price. He demanded payment in advance in cash but was unable to print a receipt. After repeated requests, we did get a receipt the next day. The hotel is quite large--3 floors--but we never saw another guest. There was no evidence that the attached bar/restaurant was operating, and everything was very run down. The room was clean and acceptable for this price, with a fridge, water cooker, TV, and functioning Internet, but it was not serviced after the first night. The reception area was locked when we departed at 10AM and no one was around, so we left the key in the room and went on our way.
