My check in was nice and the clerk was very friendly, however when I I got to the room I was very disappointed. I had booked and prepaid for a king room. I was given a double room and wasn’t told until I walked in the room. I went back downstairs to request a change and was told there was nothing they could do. They had already given out all the king rooms even though I had already paid. Then when I asked to atleast hey a room with a view of the tarmac I was told the same thing and told to talk to management in the am if I had a problem. At this point I was speaking to a different team member than the one who checked me in and he was flippant and didn’t seems to care that I was upset about not getting what I paid for. The least they could have done is told me when I checked in that this situation of the rooms had occurred rather than ignoring it and hoping I wouldn’t say anything. Poor handling of their issue. I prepaid and checked in very late, however, that shouldn’t be my issue to deal with. It should be theirs.
