Great new hotel near the Haram
Fantastic hotel, very close to the Haram, great service, extra ordinary room - they even upgraded me without asking - loved the breakfast buffet. Every one went extra mile to ensure I'm enjoying my stay. Will defenitly stay again and of course recommend to others.

I was was cheated on hotel location.
1. Firstly expedia map showed hotel on Ajyad street next to Dar ul Eman Hotel i.e. next to Haram, where as it is 3 km from haram on Omar bin Abdul Aziz Street. 2. My payed booking was not kept, I had to wait 1hr. 30 min. with my kids crying with travel tiredness to get the room. 3. Bus service drops pilgrims 700 meters from Hotel, next 2 km are for you to walk in summer sun during Ramadhan fasting. 4. Room cleaning service is disappointing. 5. Room price on Expedia is higher than what was offered to walk-in customers

Washroom is very narrow/shallow with insufficient curtains around with the result that if you are taking a shower, the whole washroom gets wet.

far from the Haram, but ok.
The hotel is just ok if you want where to sleep and it is quiet cheap, but the problem is that it is far from the Masjid Al Haram. On the website it says 0.7 km but actually it is more than that, about 1.5 to 1.7 km. The Hotel offer shuttle to Masjid Al Haram but then if you want to stay longer or you miss the last bus, it can take you more than 30 min if you want to walk back or taxi every time you miss the bus. So it will be better pay a bit more and stay closer to the Haram so you do not get tired and get the most of it of your performance and Ibada in the Masjid Al Haram. otherwise the room was clean and the staff were kind all the time. the Hotel does not have restaurant but there is plenty places around to eat.

Hotel has no facilities and is not comfortable
I stayed more than an hour in front of the receptionist in order him to the hotel finance department and make sure I paid the total cost for my period. and it was very bad experience for me
