A few meters away from one of the best beaches of the north. Welcoming staff with tropical juice. Nice swimming pool with daily activities. The restaurant is just awesome with plenty plenty of options. Make sure you're on half/full board. Downside is that drinks (even water) are not included when youre half board. Gym is OK, but closes at 7:30pm which is too early. Rooms are basic, good bed, a small TV and a fridge/freezer, a balcony. housekeeping was done everyday. The resort offers several water sports free of charge which is amazing! The tennis courts are OK, the balls they provide were a bit too old. Wifi is available in most common areas. The complaint I have is that we rented a standard room that said on hotels.com that it had free wifi, but the reception said some rooms do not have Wifi inside the room, and they proposed we pay some amount to get a modem to use in the room. We took the option, the internet was good, but we were just a bit disappointed that we had to pay for it. All in all, I can say that I definitely enjoyed my stay, and would come back again!

Nice hotel overall, within close proximity of the beach. But due to cyclone our stay was restricted within the hotel premises. We were told we were going to get some sort of compensation on the day of arrival but none of this materialised during our stay. Despite this we had a good time staying at the premises.

Staff great, hotel good but outdated for the price
Photos give the impression that the beach is at the end of the pool but you have to walk across the road. This hotel is pretty expensive for what you get but the family room is spacious, has a holiday feel. Breakfast is okay but supper was really very good and waiter's made a special effort for kids. Feels like this hotel is 20 years behind in some respects but once I lost my uptight approach we actually had a good time. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. It's a difficult one to review because it's expensive for what you get but we enjoyed our stay (which wasn't luxury but satisfactory). As with all three star hotels, there's plenty of room for maintenance. It was a real downer to see the sunbeds - old and tattered before we checked in. My heart sunk but we left after two nights happy knowing the next place was going to be exceptional.

The first night was terrible the room was not what we expected but we managed to upgrade to Deluxe room and paid 30 Euro extra, and was much better. The marketing for the Superior double or twin is misleading as there is no WiFi in the room. But after the upgrade we enjoyed our stay, and the staff were friendly. I will recommend renovating the superior rooms as there are outdated

Nice Hotel with good location
My husband and I spent 6 nights at the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time and the hotel staff really looked after us. On our anniversary they left a delicious cake with candles in our room and offered us a pre-dinner cocktail. The Spa facilities are a must and we had a wonderful afternoon there. The boys at the boat house look after you especially Jeremy. My husband tried water skiing as it was free. Definitely recommend this hotel but it is a three star.

The resort offered everything you could want. Value for money. Great food. Friendly service. It was a clean resort and the hotel layout was easy to understand. Signs everywhere and things like the gym, spa were all accessible. It was simple and stress free.

Maybe you have a room and maybe not.
When I arrived, I was told that they had overbooked and I was put in a lesser hotel for one night before being brought back to Casuarina for the next for nights. Apparently, from talking to several employees, overbooking is a business model for Casuarina. Hotels.com should not do business with Casuarina in the future, in my opinion.

Vacation at Casuarina
The hotel is situated at a very good location. The Ambience and theme was new and one of a kind. It is truly a wonderful experience.

Bunglows are not good at att.Too small rooms and sit out is also not well maintained. We were in shock aftre seeing the rooms and place mainly kitchen , it was useless and very badly maintained. But then I would appriciate the manager who looked ito it and understood our concerns.He shifted us ina room which was ok.But as a customer I was at loss as I paid for a Bunglow and stayed ina regular room.If not for the Manager I would have checked out in no time. Still we cannot check in based on Manager as he may not be alble help all...so if u stay here go for rooms not Bunglow !!!! Take Care

Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Garten, Strand ist innerhalb 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, Sonnenliegen und Schirm von Hotel, Bootshaus mit kostenlosen Angeboten z.B Kayak. Geräumiges Zimmer aber die Einrichtung bräuchte schon Erneuerung. Keine Ala Carte Restaurant, Buffet ist extrem teuer wenn nicht mitgebucht.

Séjour de rêve
Séjour dans l’hôtel très agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et toujours prêt à faire plaisir à leurs clients. Seul bémols le wifi n’est pas accessible dans toute les chambres contrairement à l’annonce.

Hôtel spacieux avec nombreuses activités. Pas de jus d’oranage ou autre fruit de qualité au petit déjeuner. Pain laisse également à désirer. Animateurs de qualité. Plage à proximité et nombreux clubs de plongée. Réseau wifi un peu faible et non prévu dans les bungalows ...Sevrage violent pour certains

Hôtel accueillant, personnels très sympathique et souriant. Chambres spacieuses (bungalow avec 2 chambres). Le négatif de cet hôtel : pas de WiFi dans les chambres, il faut aller à l'accueil ou au bar pour en profiter, l'eau payante pour les repas, même une carafe d'eau......

A notre arrivee notre chambre de luxe netait pas dis ponible on nous a donne une chambre standart en attendant de changer le lendemain on avait pas de seviette ds les chambres malgre lappel a la reception fuite deau ds la salle de bain non repare malgre plusieurs appel nourriture infecte pain dur rassis ....

logés en bungalow très spacieux pour 3/4 personnes, nous avons pu apprécier la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel toujours souriant. Pour les geeks, le wifi n'est disponible qu'à la réception.

Agréable séjour
Chambre avec une belle vue sur mer. L'hôtel est doté d'un beau jardin tropical et est bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Petite déception lors du départ car le petit déjeuner, servi à la réception compte tenu de l'heure (5h am), n'était pas du tout à la hauteur de celui servi en buffet qui lui était très bon.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Bon séjour à l'hôtel Casuarina. Personnel d'une grande gentillesse, très bon accueil et bon service. Les 2 piscines sont fabuleuses, plage juste en face, avec une jolie vue sur la mer de la seconde piscine. Chambre correct, et endroit très calme. Vacances idéal pour se reposer et repartir ressourcé. Un petit clin d’œil à la personne qui s'occupe de la salle de sport, et avec qui j'ai pu avoir un cours de yoga face à la mer. Hôtel à conseiller et à refaire.

Hotel dans un petit parc et près de la plage.
Très mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée : hotel surbooké...! première nuit passée dans un hotel qui n'avait pas du tout le même confort, donc, très mécontents! le lendemain, le manager a tout fait pour nous faire oublier ce problème en nous offrant le all inclusive pendant notre séjour et un petit bungalow à la place d'une chambre. Donc, nous avons été très satisfaits en final.
