Bedroom was a disaster. Ants crawling on bed, moist, slightly yellow bedsheets. Several holes in bed. Stained yellow bathroom floor with no shower head. No toilet paper. We took one look at the room and right away started looking for a new place. Checked out very shortly after checking in.

No hygiene. There is no certainty of electricity and if goes off u have to stay without ac and fan. Beating costal area, can imagine what level you can face humidity

Check in was easy, staff were very helpful, transport to the airport for an early flight was organised for me and arrived promptly. The hotel is a stone's throw from the airport so very convenient for flights arriving late in the evening or departing in the early morning. I had an evening meal at the hotel, which was delicious.

Great hotel. 5 min walk to bus to new delhi. Staff were knowledgeable with tourist stuff. Bathroom was nice & clean with home made soap. Room service was good. Bedroom was spacious & clean with comfy beds

Wonderful stay. We booked it for our last night because of an early morning flight and I got sick in a moldy place in old Goa. Staff members were all pleasant, friendly, well versed in English. Our "Superior" room was basic but clean, NOT MOLDY and had everything. Food in the restaurant was very good. We had lunch and dinner both. It is not Goanese food but North Indian but everything was tasty and reasonably priced. It also came fast. We loved the two cats of the hotel. What made it even more special was the following incident: at 5:30 PM, a handsome, juvenile water buffalo showed up in front of the closed gate. He just stood there making his presence known. One staff came out with a plate full of food and fed the buffalo as well as 3 stray dogs a bit far away from the gate. I asked the front desk person and I was told, "Yes he comes everyday and yes, everyone gets fed". That summed up the outstanding character of the owners and staff of this property. If we ever come back to Goa, I will stay here for sure. At 5 AM our taxi was ready and to my pleasant surprise the driver was the same person who fed the animals.

The location as well as the cleanliness and behavior of staff are excellent. But most important issue we noticed is that they have given poor quality additional bed for the third occupant even after taking INR 1290 for that. Also hot water was not available properly. Food quantity is just normal for the cost paid.

Called to get a pick up but the guy who answered told me to call back in 5 mins and just hung up the phone. I called again and no answer. I had to take an overpriced taxi from the airport.

Property is very close to airport. Property is very small and not very well maintained. The restaurant on premises is not good. I saw a stray cat in the lobby and restaurant I would not stay here with family and would not recommend it to friends

An excellent choice for airport accommodation.
Possibly the most genuinely friendly welcome that I’ve received at any hotel in india; lovely people who did everything they could to help and please. There are no local facilities but the food is excellent and hotel is comfortable relaxing, bar the occasional Air Force sortie from the adjacent airport. I originally booked one night, but happily stayed two.

stayed there 2 nights prior to going to the airport. Ok stay rooms were great and comfortable. Unfortunately no WIFI in the rooms. I'm travelling for a long period of time and i was not able to do research. My 4G on my cellphone did not even work in the room. Restaurant was decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property was great...the only thing was it isn't walking distance to anything...short drives away though and the pool qasn't in a condition to be used. Staff were wonderful, friendly and always attentive to needs!

Very close to the airport with free drop off service. I booked here on last day to be close to the airport and to spend a day around the pool. The pool was dissapointing, tired and needs a good clean and there were no sunbeds. I couldnt use it. On the plus side the staff provided free drop off at beach but this beach in comparison to other Goa beaches wasnt to my preference. I cannot fault the staff they were lovely and helpful. The bathrooms was clean as was bedding and it was a comfy bed. We could drown out sound of overhead planes with use of fan however wals quite thin so could hear other guests in rooms. It wasnt for me however staff were great!

Terrible property! Not what is advertised or shown on the picture. I woild elaborate but dont want to waste any mote of my time with the so called Melody by the Seas! You dan dress a pig up and call it anything you want to but its still a pig. Stay away!

As soon as we arrived everyone was so so nice. They offered to take us to the beach as they give free rides to the beach and airport. Amazing They helped us set up a moped for two days as well The room was very comfy. Great bed. Great AC It’s not fancy but all you need. The cable was acting weird and they fixed right away A great stay and munish was just the best. He helped us with everything and made our trip memorable

Ideal hotel before a flight
Stayed for one night prior to a flight out of Goa airport. It’s clean, well-maintained, nice rooms and bathrooms, helpful staff, complimentary airport transfer and within walking distance to bogmalo beach. Would highly recommend.

Arrived very late (7am) as we missed our connection in Mumbai. We booked for one night as it was beside the airport, thankfully didn’t try to walk to it as it is about 15 minutes in a taxi. Friendly efficient staff at check in. The room was warm and had lots of mosquitoes flying around. Couldn’t find remote for AC nor how to switch on. Called reception and the guy came to room within 5 minutes and switched the power on for the AC. I asked for mosquito spray and he said he would come back with it. Never came back and no way to actually switch the AC on manually. Turned on ceiling fan and went to bed. Woke 10 minutes before check out time. We did not have time to see any of the amenities but what we did see we will not return

Very good service!
Det här är helt ok hotell i närheten av flygplatsen. Personalen var väldigt trevlig mot oss och alltid beredd att hjälpa till. Hade läst andra recensioner om motsatsen men det stämmer inte tycker jag. Rekommenderas!
