Amazing staff ! Super nice and neat bathroom! Kinda all good looking hotel guests! Near to Robinson's place! 400 pesos by Grab to High Street in TAGUIG FOOD and drinks are expensive though! Over all we did love our stay!

Beautiful lobby. Outstanding courtesy and service. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was good as expected. Surrounding area is a sharp contrast. Even walking one block - be careful to not trip - be careful to avoid cars and jeepneys.

Excellent staff. Courteous and friendly. Our flight was not until late at night and gladly the receptionist extended our check out time till 2 pm. Thank you very much. Will be happy if I can find a sale next time I visit the place. Because I don’t think it’s affordable for a working class citizen. This hotel it’s more on business people and for those who wants luxurious accommodation. Anyway, its great we experienced it.

The staff makes the place. I haven't experienced not in the States the friendliness and courtesy of the Sharaton staff in Manila, from greeting you every time they see u, to opening doors and genuine concern for the quality of my stay...cudos.

Great location and wonderful staff. Easy to walk to Park and Museums. Huge indoor shopping mall just two blocks away. Many great bars and restaurants surround the property. Breakfast buffet was exceptional!!

Located in the middle of Manila, night life is awesome and short walking distance to Robinson mall. Hotel Resto Food has amazing choices between Filipino, American andJapanese Cuisine.

Overall was an amazing stay, brand new gym just opened up while I was there. Main dining renovation was beautifully done. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to dine there due to commitments. Website doesn’t have options if a if you are traveling solo for single options like breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay,rooms were fantastic and very clean. All the staff were very nice and the food was good also. The swimming pool was great,my daughter loved it. Overall a great stay,would definitely stay here again.

From the security before entering, to the valet and to the front desk, all were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and easy to request any additional items from housekeeping. Only issue we encountered was during the New Year’s Eve Party at the Pacific Lounge.

Gave us a surprise mango cheesecake with heart shaped towels as decor for our 24th wedding anniversary and a surprise happy new year cupcake. Housekeeping the best! All the staff very friendly and helpful. Attention to details indeed. Thank you for making our stay like home. Oh yes, the basketball by the lobby - my husband loved it 🤗

Sheraton hotel tries to dicourage Db\Cr card use
For incidental they persuaded my wife to deposit 2500PHD a day x4. They discouraged her by saying if you use a debit or a credit card and if you don't use it all you will not get refund the remaining balance. Due to the weather, she wind up staying at the hotel for food and snacks and consumed over a 13,000PHD by the Day 2. She was reached out by the front desk and asked her to pay for additionally incurred expenses. My wife had to go to the front desk and talked to the manager to resolve this issue.

A rip off
Omg this hotel is horrible for the price!! $160/night for a standard room should be top notch in Manila. Instead, you get a ghetto area that is not safe to walk around, metal detector & X-ray machine (airport style) screening your luggage at the entrance, dirty room- stained sofa chair, broken door latch, and super noisy hallway/neighbors (thin wall) - impossible to sleep in. Can can stay at the New World Hotel which is way better and cheap. Another option is to stay at the City Garden Grand, Aldo a nicer hotel for a fraction of the price. Do not stay at the Sheraton Manila Bay!!!
