"Well originally my room wasn’t ready and I arrived in time for 3pm checkIn. But there were complimentary cookies coffee tea water. Can’t complain! Also, was provided an option to a second floor room with same accommodations. Upon entering the room it looked wonderful. I have beautiful pics of the room. Very stylish and modern. However a few issues. The A/c unit was spewing out black ash and dirtying the beautiful pristine white sheets. I had to improvise as my time was limited and didn’t want to bother anyone with room changes. The towels were plentiful for body, hand and face towels. I was impressed. The bed was super comfy and structured. I enjoyed my night sleep. Also I was at a quiet part of the hotel. There is a state of the art fitness gym. It has everything you’d need: water cooler, cups, towels, sanitation sprays and cleaning material, mats for stretching or yoga and flat screen tv. Pool is outside. Too cold for swim. Lobby is beautiful and ornate. Great for meetings and events. Many rooms. Plus you can rent a room for one month which I thought was neat. Breakfast buffet is restaurant quality. Service professional and sweet. ✨❤️"

"I had a meeting in this hotel. It was very convenient to get to shopping and dining. Many rooms for the meetings. Bathrooms were clean and ample. Food service was excellent. Staff was super nice and accomodating. "
