I like the hotel location it was close to shops, transport and beach. I didn’t like the noise from bars and clubs. The first room we were issued had hardly any water flow and it was cold water. The boiler had lose wires and it looked unsafe. The second room had blood stained bedsheet on the bed and the daytime staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. He had a bad attitude.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the location. The photos are not accurate. They seem veryyy out dated. The people at the front desk were rude during our entire stay. The facilities were very underwhelming. The water pressure was bad, the floors were sticky, they only give you one towel and no wash cloths which was surprising. Also, when we requested a refund they refused though we had many valid reasons for asking. The wifi was terrible ! Not to mention we saw a cockroach inside the hotel too. If I could give our stay negative stars, I would. Definitely not worth the money.

door to room didnt close properly, no drinking water, no shampoo, thin towels, in ground floor room outside area is exposed to communal area so need to keep curtains closed the whole time, no outside chairs provided

Overall I was very happy with my stay I enjoyed the breakfast there was a different variety of foods They had their own swimming pool which was nice The view from the room was amazing in the city centre The location was based in the city centre easy to get too and loads of shopping and food places nearby Only there isn’t any parking very close you would have to park 5-10 minutes walk away

It’s an okay place for budget travellers, however I wouldn’t recommend for someone hoping for a luxurious stay. The rooms are clean although could do with some painting on the walls due to stains, and it’s very noisy at night because of the clubs near by. Perfect air conditioning.
