Balakrishnan, Meryl, Keith, Shankar and Kennedy were extremely helpful and ensured all our needs were well taken care of. You have amazing staff working for you. That said, I found the General Manager Illa Prabhu's people skills to be unacceptable. I found her frequently yelling at her staff members in front of guests. This happened multiple times. I rarely found her smiling or greeting customers. Besides that, my experience staying at WelcomHotel was amazing. Kudos to the entire staff."

Great variety of options for breakfast and we didn’t have one bad meal when we ate in any of the restaurants. Would also highly recommend the Winchester bar for a drink. "
