Booking experience through the hotel was bad no one answers the hotel phoneline at the first go, have to call 5-10 times then the phone is answered. We booked our stay through hotels.com , from 2nd,mar 2022- 5th Mar, 2022, the room we were allocated was in a bad condition(room no.240), the ac didn't function properly, the sliding doors with the mosquito net was almost about to come of the channel, the bedsheets were with the lints on then would pinch the skin. Then we moved to another room( room no.244) at midnight and the wifi didn't work.
The service of staff/waiters at the mad smokehouse and adjoining outdoor seating restaurant was very bad as there only one waiter given the duty of both the areas..
Very disappointing service makes you feel neglected as guests staying at the property. Though the in-room dining service was good and food orderes came quickly.
