It was a terrible experience.. Problems at checking, mosquito in the room, no hot water aircon not cooling and problems at checkout.. This is like a budget hotel.. Not even 2 star standard..

The hotel had my all information (US Passport Copy) but staff was keep calling to know , from which place I belong. The room service guy was very scary in terms of his behavior with my wife. He was keep calling to get more information. When I complained the reception person only apologized and never tried to call the room service person to check why he was calling. I will never stay in future as it is not safe for family.

The best hotel to stay in Lucknow, heart of city
Well behaved staff and feel was wonderful. It was so near to main market hazratganj, what was wonderful. I was alone on my visit, so passed time, doing shopping in market and enjoying the glitter of Hazratganj.

The hotel met the purpose but based on other reviews, I was expecting more. It is clean. The room is functional. They're building a metro station next to the hotel which did not help me sleep, no fault of the hotels.

Unfriendly staff Untidy room, curtains not hooked up properly, worn and torn sheets, floor swept but fluff left in balls in room. Good food but always luke warm and freezing air conditioning in dining room so unpleasant experience. I checked out after two of the four days I was meant to stay.

Great 5 night stay
As expected, it was a clean, comfortable and pleasant stay. No real complaints here except that the wifi password only allows 2 connections. It was a hassle to keep ringing them to create another account. Most couples would need wifi on at least three devices (i.e. mobile phones each + a tablet/laptop).

Safe, friendly with excellent service.
As three female teachers working in Lucknow for one week, we were extremely pleased with this hotel. The service was efficient isn't and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the restaurants both served delicious food. We do not hesitate to recommend the Clarks Avadh.

Very rude reception staff.
Staff at reception are rude and unhelpful in every respect. Other staff are quite nice. The rooms are OK, but my mattress was crushed in the middle, and the phone in the hall for the maid staff rang way too much disturbing all nearby rooms. There are better hotels in town.

Underwhelmed
This is an old building and it is showing its age. We were told that the room was upgraded. In spite of that the first impression was less than overwhelming. The staff were friendly and courteous. However, sweeping the dining room during breakfast is not acceptable. Wedding and other celebrations make the nights noisy. All in all, the condition of the property and some of the house keeping practices are inconsistent with what one expects from a highly rated property.

Our jewelry was stolen. And the hotel staff was completely useless other than to keep on insisting that we have it misplaced. the in room phone would not work and could not dial out.

The hotel is a bit dated and is probably iving in its past glory. Its at best a 3 star. The staff are nodt very helpful and it lools like the entire place needs a makeover.

The room was overly heated and the air con was just not working , apparently the room temperature cannot be individually controlled. We had to keep the windows open for comfort , the outside temperatures was appx 4degrees centigrade. The falknuma restaurent that is on th 9 th floor after closing makes a racket for the next 2. -3 hrs every day, i would presume this is when the staf cleans up and shifts furniture etc. this is all done at 1130pm to 1 am, no complaints seem to work, the manager takes everything with a smile. Kind a disturbing !!!!!!!!

Best hotel in this price in Lucknow
The hotel is old . We cannot expect the same standard of service and quality as in Metro as this is a small town .
