There was a very large stain on the couch and the tv stand had stains from a spill as well. Other than that everything was clean and a 5 minute drive to the airport.

This location was hosting the event I attended so it was extremely convenient to head back up to my room after the event. There is a small coffee shop that offers good food and Starbucks coffee.

Stayed for one night with late check out. The property is convenient to airport with free shuttle service. The restaurant is nice and so is the pool. The downside is the extra fees added to your bill. Expedia quoted $196 inc tax and the later checkout was $85. My bill at check out was $418. The added amount was taxes and “room charge”. Buyer be ware.

It’s convenience for transferring in airport Check in service is very slow and inefficient. Restaurant food is not palatable and very poor services. Waiter is very inpatient, not friendly. There is no wi-fi suitable to be used in extremely slow serving restaurant

I stay frequently at your hotel as we fly with FedEx out of LAX and my flight got in early and I was at the hotel at 11 am and you wanted to charge me $75 for an early check in which was greedy and petty, I asked the manager on duty for a one time courtesy to dismiss the fee but she was dismissive and barely listened to me. For the sake of $75 was it really worth it.

In general, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but I did find the mattress to be a tad uncomfortable. While the room was extremely clean and well-furnished, the mattress lacked the level of support I typically prefer, which affected my overall sleep quality

We checked in and went to our room with all of our bags and kids. Once we got to our room it was dirty and never cleaned. I called customer service and the lady on the phone was very rude when I asked if she could help me get another room and told me a different number. As I waited to go to that room someone walked in and said it was there room. I had to take my whole family and luggage down stairs and they didn’t apologize for anything just gave us another basic room. Not impressed with this place and will not return.

Nice hotel, helpful bellhops, very close to the airport. A problem with the Assecible rooms. There are no bards to asist anywhere in the room, It is not a roll in shower, the tile in the shower is extremely slippery. The bathroom counter has no space to put anything.

The bathroom was big and clean and the water hot BUT the water flow is very weak so its not a great experience The room was clean but the aircon is very noisy, the sound from outside the room is loud The bedwas ok. Not the firmest matress but ok Overall i say its good for an overnight stay but maybe not longer term Pity the cafe closes at 3.30pm - it would be nice to have an alternative to the restaurant to get simetjing light and cheaper to eat

No body wash soap in shower. We could have called front desk but obviously didn’t notice till was in the shower. Also had housekeeping vacuuming right outside our room while trying to sleep in. Both very annoying.
