Old buildings, but the room was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Not an elegant experience, but delivered as promised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Abundant parking.

Heat/air conditioner was not working when we checked in. Told front desk and his comment was that his repair person had left for the day and it I would remind him the next day! Reminded him the next day and still no heat/ac when we checked out the next day!

My family and I loved the location it was close to everything we needed for our stay but the cleanliness was terrible, the room attended didn't change the beds, didn't bring in towels nor clean the floor. We ended up throwing new socks away because washing would've ckean them.

It was just right for our purposes. It was nice to have the complementary breakfast which was perfectly adequate for us and had a decent selection of choices. It was very clean and the parking was convenient.

Facility is getting a little older it's a really nice place though. There are a lot of homeless people on drugs in that area along the Pacific Coastal Highway not a safe feeling in the evening.

The neighbors we had were horrible. Up all night long slamming doors, high traffic all night Ana all day long. Looked like a trap house. Heard the owner get upset with them about cigarettes butts outside the door and the mess they were making. They must have been permanent residence there. 3 adults with dogs in the room.

Got double charged for my safety deposit putting my account in the negative. They don't care at all. Got overdraft fees due to there screw up. Not using Quality inn again.

We were not impressed. This hotel needs to be remodeled. Did not feel clean. We rented three room and they all had a smell to them. The door to one of the rooms would stick and would not open. Overall very disappointing

I had a reservation elsewhere but arrived in town 2 days early. This was an amicable accommodation for that purpose. Parking is a bit limited, breakfast options are fine, Big E Pizza is great.

The inside of room is run down!! And not really clean!! The baseboards, and tub caulking!were dirty! The bed was great, clean and comfy!! Staff very friendly! Good pizza place close! The breakfast was great! The manager was great!!
