It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to me. I definitely would recommend staying here, especially if you are on a tight budget too! :-)

Visiting Our Daughter. Good deal for the price
Room was surprisingly quiet considering it is an outside entrance right off the highway. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast but the coffee was good.

They did noisy drilling when I was sleeping. Breakfast was so simple that I had to eat elsewhere afterwards, the quietest room they had was still noisy, service was very good however

Execelente,clean the room we had was nice and quiet My husband and I just felt like the best honey moon room we had thank you we only stay one night but our experience was great ! If we need to definitely will be happy to stay there again!

First there are only 2 handicap parking spots. I was not granted a bottom floor room although I was there by 3:30 to check in. My father is wheelchair dependent plus needed heavy medical equipment for the night. I had to, by myself get this all upstairs. The staff were friendly enough but not helpful or accommodating. This hotel is close to a very busy street with many emergency vehicles passing by. I selected it because it was fairly close to UCLA medical center as we had an appointment the following morning. I suppose it was a poor choice.

My go-to place in West L.A.
I always stay here when I come to town. It’s not fancy but the beds are very comfy and it’s clean and feels safe. The staff is always very nice and helpful and accommodating. Cable and internet reception are good. Prices have stayed lower than most. So glad to have this place as my home away from home.

As advertised, but infected.
There was an ant invasion in bathroom. Got into some of our food. Staff was unsurprised, offered little to no resolution. Bed was nice, other amenities were fine.

It was ok, pool needed to be a bit cleaner. They charge $12.00 for parking and your car may end up parked in a space right by an open alleyway. Not secure. They said they would have been more than happy to provide us with more coffee and tea. They knew two people were gonna be there. Only one coffee provided, no tea. Which means they did not get the room ready for this reservation.
