Great hotel
The hotel was well situated in Wembley, close to our family and the tube station. Accommodation was great, clean and everything provided. Our train was cancelled so we rang on the day and they were able to offer a free parking space for the 3 days. We will book again and fully recommend the hotel

Frustrated over Poor Service
Due to cancellation of concert at Stadium rescheduled to August 28th 2021 ,did not even get to hotel.Have tried various times asking due to Covid 19 if reservation could be changed to 2021. As already a lot of money has been paid out no response or answer as to whether this could be done has been received.It is odd but other Business's have changed dates willingly connected with this trip.I cannot see anywhere in this survey where I have printed any names.

Clean and modern, close to Wembley Arena.
Was a weekend trip to Wembley for a concert, found the location was very good, guy on reception was pleasant and the place was modern and clean and the room had all facilities. Only slight downside was the double bed mattress was uncomfortable and sloped inwards.

Excellent location
We picked this hotel for its proximity to the SSE arena and it was a great choice. Easy walking distance. The room was clean, the staff were good and it was good value for money. Only slight criticism was that the bed was a little hard and up against the window ledge. Overall a very good choice.

Tiny but Comfortable Enough Room
A nice, very clean, simple, very small hotel 10 minutes walk from Wembley Park Tube Station. Our room was very small, with little room for luggage and no room for a chair. However, it was good enough for our short 3 night stay... certainly for the price. Our kitchenette consisted of a Microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes, glasses and cutlery. There was no hob (stove top). But there are a number of decent enough restaurants nearby, including one that offers hotel guests a discountedsmall, but sufficient Full English Breakfast at a reduced rate. Purchase vouchers from the Hotel Reception the day/night before. We were lucky that no events or football games took place at nearby Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena... Otherwise the neighborhood would be manic and crazy busy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again if there were no concerts, events or football games taking place nearby.

Great trip trip
Had a brilliant stay here, that much so I wanted to stay another night. The area was great for visiting the stadium and access to the tube station. Only thing I'd say is we wasnt aware of paying an extra £5 for parking at the property, thought as a customer you would have right to use it. Other than that it was great

For the Price the Property is great. Wonderful Location, great facilities and Amenities. We was in Room Number which was quite warm, but there was a dehumidifier with a cooler and a fan. Room was clean, however certain areas had obviously been missed. Behind the TV the Lights and the fan had not been touched for quite some time. When we turned the Fan on to cool the Room Down Unfortunately it blew dust everywhere. We arrived very late and the Hotel was more than accommodating, I am sure if I mentioned it it would have been fixed. Never the less it wouldn't put me off staying again or recommending it to anyone else.

Good location
Handy location for Wembley stadium and close to tube station/buses. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Cleaning could be improved - the floor was not swept once in my 4 night stay. The bathroom was tiny and it was impossible to sit square on the toilet as a taller person! The room was very hot and even though a fan was provided, it was not very powerful. Having a fridge and microwave was a welcome addition.

Cant fault location. Good tea and coffee facilities Not enough plugs in room as had to have the fan on constantly as room boiling and without pulling the bed out to find more plugs so couldnt even charge 2 phones at 1 time. Bed sheets had black mark on them too

Overall it was clean and comfortable...My only issue was that the room smelled of cigarette smoke....Not great when you are a non-smoker. Also the extractor fan appeared not to be working in the bathroom, making it very hot and humid.

Great time at Wembley Park Hotel
The room was amazing, very spacious for a solo traveller. The bathroom in comparison was tiny, but was fine for a night or two. It was the perfect distance from Wembley and SSE Arena, I would highly recommend it for anyone seeing a show. Tiny improvements include a spoon to stir my tea and the door was tricky to lock and unlock from the inside.

Excellent location for Wembley Stadium, only snag electric sockets tripped off in middle of night hence not able to charge phones. Parking charges excellent for London. Quiet & relaxing
