I love staying at this venue. The location is perfect for anything in the City or Shoreditch. The rooms are clean, well equipped, warm and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen, clean and reasonably well equipped, meaning that you can save money on eating out. Altogether a satisfying stay. I'll be back :)

Good location in London. Modern room with shared kitchen. Room is on the third floor. Wouldn’t want to try and get a large heavy suitcase up those steep narrow stairs if I wasn’t strong. Neighbor hood is very noisy at night. Towels provided very small. Place suited me and for value and location I would stay here again.

This hotel is a scam
This hotel is a scam. Should not even be on the Hotels.com platform. Do not book it. I was in the office at 11pm in the evening and looking forward to go and check into my hotel. Upon discovering that I just received an email that i could not check into the hotel because they closed check-in at 10pm. Instead I had to book a hotel that cost 5 times as much last minute.

Overall it was a nice stay here. The place is close to Liverpool Street Station and Aldgate East Station. 5 minutes walk from Old Spitalfields market. A lot of good restaurants nearby. There is no elevator so avoid heavy luggage if you want to stay here. The bathroom is small but functional. If a small basket can be installed inside the shower room, it would be much more convenient and we don't have to put our shampoo and shower gel on the floor.

Unable to contact property even after repeated requests and reminders before check in. Very steep staircase. Room on top 3rd floor. DO NOT carry any luggage, especiallybig bags. Risk of fallen off. Deposit is still not refunded. On asking it was told to be refunded some days after your check out. This is not mentioned in the property description.
