O apartamento apesar de pequeno (com uma sala de estar/jantar, cozinha pequena, dois quartos com cama de casal confortável e um banheiro amplo) é agradável e bem localizado (próximo à estação de metrô e trem). A decoração do apartamento é simples mas bastante funcional. Gostaria de destacar alguns detalhes muito positivos e afetivos como a pasta bem organizada com orientações sobre a hospedagem, o quadro com o mapa de Londres, o livro sobre Londres e belos quadros e frases interessantes. Como pontos negativos, achei o horário de check-in (15:00) muito tarde (tivemos que ficar esperando para guardar as malas pois chegamos mais cedo na cidade) e o cheiro forte do apartamento (de quando fica muito fechado) que acredito ser em função das janelas se abrirem pouco. Deixo como indicação de melhorias. Sugiro também que possa ser feito contato por whatsapp, além do SMS, através do telefone informado nos e-mails de confirmação da reserva. De toda forma, nossa temporada foi ótima e indico o apartamento pelo custo-benefício considerando os altos preços de hospedagem em Londres.
