As soon as we walked in , we had a great man at the reception who was friendly and helpful. Nothing is any bother at all. We got to our room. Was clean and we had everything we need. When we came back late at night, another gentleman was on the desk, he was very helpful and very polite and friendly. When we checked out, the lady at desk was so sweet and kind. Will definitely be back thank you for making our weekend great

The hotel was absolutely fine for what was needed. The beds were comfy and clean as was the bathroom. The room just seemed a little worn. Clearly the air con had leaked and left horrible marks of the ceiling and the carpet was stained from that as well as multiple other stains. The room was definitely not sound proof. The net curtain looked threadbare. However any interaction with staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant

I stayed here for the 1st time last wk for work. The tube was convenient 15 min walk.the parking at the property was sucure & the room was lovely. Will definitely stay there again

The room wasn’t as clean as expected - hairs in the bed, dirty towels, blood on the curtains, curtains ripped and broken. The smaller shower head wasn’t fixed to the wall. The bedside lamp was hanging off of the wall. The carpet was filthy. The restaurant didn’t open on the first day so only a vending machine for drinks. The breakfast seemed basic and not openly offered so went to costa instead. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room. Shame the bar and restaurant weren’t open but I believe they only open that when the stadium has an event whereas we were attending the arena. Would stay again.

5 star room, fantastic. Great power shower, touch lighting very impressive. 1 star breakfast, limited choice, had to ask for english breakfast then told wasnt included (when clearly was), so had to complain. Breakfast severely greasy and awful. Shame as good location (although expensive parking across road, hotel has none) and room was stunning. Hopefully management can sort breakfast issues out

I have been coming to this hotel for number of years but since Covid, I have noticed the hotel is not only reducing the services provided but they don't seem as busy based of the cars in the parking area and the lift movements( last two visits I had the room near the lift). t appears, no one is bothered to spend time to make sure little things are taken care off. This is a second visit in few weeks I have stayed here and the room has been cold, night receptionist are not keen to make an eye contact just incase you request for something.

The staff were not friendly. The place was really dirty and old. There was no kettle when we arrived and the floor was that dirty that I didn’t feel I could walk on the floor bare feet. I don’t recommend this hotel at all the other hotels around it that I have stayed at are better such as Novotel, Ibis and Hilton

Poor cleanliness
The service was ok but the room itself was dirty and dusty. Stains on the curtains and the floor. Bathroom was dirty. Room door was already opened before I even checked in. There was no window. Bedsheets didn’t feel clean. There was hair on it aswell. There was just stains everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have allergies. My wife was sneezing and coughing all night due to the dust and how dirty the room was!!!

The rooms were spacouicous and nicely decorated. The problem i had was that i paid for a full english.i booed on the morning of the 19/12/2023. Went for breakfast on the 20/12/2023 was informed that it was continetial. I belive i was misleading on booking. .Staff was unhelpful, there were poor ,No fruit , choice on the continental breakfast.
